В стране регулярно организуются различные культурные мероприятия международного уровня, такие как фестивали, выставки и концерты. Эти события играют важную роль в поддержании мира и атмосферы единства, дружбы и братства между народами. Международные фестивали способствуют широкой популяризации богатого культурного наследия, древних ценностей и национального искусства туркмен, а также знакомят с достижениями других народов в области культуры и искусства.
В рамках «Программы развития сферы культуры в Туркменистане на 2019-2025 годы» выявляется тесная взаимосвязь между эпохами, духовным и культурным наследием, а также преемственность уникальных традиций. Сегодня в Туркменистане проводится созидательная государственная политика, направленная на бережное сохранение и совершенствование для будущих поколений восхитительных образцов национального декоративно-прикладного искусства, народного творчества, ремесленничества и кузнечного дела.
Эти традиции восходят к доисламскому периоду. Огузские традиции нашли отражение в литературе, музыке и фольклоре туркмен. Наиболее известным произведением этого периода является национальный эпос огузов "Огуз-намэ", который также принадлежит культурному наследию туркмен, азербайджанцев и турков. Он передавался устно из поколения в поколение и был записан только в середине XVI века. Еще одним эпическим памятником является поэма "Китаби Деде Коркуд", в которой отражены доисламская племенная культура огузов и влияние ислама в XI—XII веках. Эти эпические поэмы исполнялись народными певцами-сказителями.

MAGTYMGULY PYRAGY: THE VOICE OF TURKMEN POETRY
Abstract
This article examines the life, poetry, and cultural impact of Magtymguly Pyragy, the esteemed 18th-century Turkmen poet, whose works continue to resonate as a vital part of Turkmen cultural and national identity. Known for his deeply spiritual and philosophical verses, Magtymguly used poetry as a means of expressing the values, struggles, and aspirations of the Turkmen people. By exploring themes of unity, social justice, faith, and love for the homeland, his writings provided a foundation for the Turkmen literary tradition and helped shape the national consciousness. This study delves into the historical context, thematic elements,
and legacy of Magtymguly's poetry, highlighting his influence on both Turkmen culture and broader Central Asian literature.
Introduction. Magtymguly Pyragy (c. 1733-c. 1782) is one of the most celebrated poets of Turkmenistan, whose work has shaped Turkmen literary traditions for centuries. His poetic vision, grounded in Islamic mysticism and a deep love for the Turkmen people, offered not only spiritual insights but also a call for unity and cultural preservation during a time of tribal divisions and external threats. His poetry is a synthesis of personal, philosophical, and national reflections, making him a profound figure in Central Asian literature.

Legacy and Modern Relevance. Today, Magtymguly Pyragy is celebrated as a symbol of Turkmen national pride and cultural heritage. His legacy is preserved not only through his poetry but also through the numerous statues, institutions, and festivals dedicated to him. Magtymguly's birthday, observed as a national holiday in
Turkmenistan, serves as an annual reminder of his contributions to Turkmen literature and identity.

Махтумкули Фраги - выдающаяся личность мирового уровня. Его вдохновенные произведения, переведённые на множество языков, продолжают служить объединяющей силой, подтверждающей вечные общечеловеческие ценности. Великий туркменский поэт-классик верил, что поэзия - это универсальный язык, который помогает понять главное в жизни и делиться этим пониманием с другими.
