THE LIFE OF THE ORGANIZATION
The life of an organization is similar to the life of a person, it goes through all the stages. The creation of the organization depends on meeting the interests of new buyers and engaging in free market activities.
Confidence in success, readiness to undertake dangerous work, enthusiastic work ability, an excessive number of partners (companions) are characteristic of this period, and it requires brave and capable people. Infancy is a period of immeasurable change in management forces and organizational growth. At this time, about 90% of small firms fail due to the inexperience and lack of knowledge of the managers. The main goal of this stage is to ensure short-term success and long-term growth.
Adolescence is a period of transition from integrated management to differentiated management, carried out by a small group of thinkers using the simplest forms of programming, financing and information. Perceived danger is replaced by expert calculations. Due to the emergence of small business people in the collective, tension begins between the group of thinkers. During this period, it will be more convenient if the company's founder will lead the business.
The perfection of the organization depends on its penetration into the new level of work, the expansion of diversity. Bureaucracy is actively developing at this time. Experienced managers come to rule, and talented professionals are replaced by more commanding professionals. A self-satisfied self-satisfaction occurs.
The aging period is characterized by the flourishing of bureaucracy and the reluctance of new ideas by the gigantic structure. Things get worse. The organization has to fight for its survival.
Regeneration is characterized by the use of unique perspectives that empower a new group of managers to implement a program of internal reorganization.
