Инверсия является мощным стилистическим приемом, способствующим развитию гибкости и выразительности языка. Ее применение в преподавании письма позволяет учащимся лучше усваивать сложные синтаксические конструкции и обогащает их навыки письменной речи. Исследование роли инверсии в улучшении навыков академического и художественного письма.

considerably larger than the native stock of words. In fact native words comprise only 30 % of the total number of words in the English vocabulary but the native words form the bulk of the most frequent words actually used in speech and writing. Besides the native words have a wider range of lexical and grammatical valence, they are highly polysemantic and productive in forming word clusters and set expressions. Used Literature:

IMPROVING WRITING SKILLS WITH INVERSION Abstract

Inversion is a powerful stylistic device that promotes the development of flexibility and expressiveness of

language. Its use in teaching writing allows students to better master complex syntactic constructions and enriches their writing skills. To study the role of inversion in improving academic and artistic writing skills. This work used the method of experimental learning and analysis of students' written works.

Keywords:

inversion, writing skills, stylistics, syntax, language teaching.

Introduction

Inversion as a stylistic device is actively used in fiction and scientific prose to create expressiveness, emphasis and logical emphasis. Incorporating inversion into the process of teaching writing allows students not only to master standard grammatical structures, but also to develop the flexibility of linguistic thinking, which is especially important for the formation of professional writing skills in the academic and business spheres.

Literature Review

The issue of using stylistic devices, including inversion, in language teaching has been reflected in the works of both domestic and foreign researchers. Linguists such as Hudson [1, p. 56] and Mills [2, p. 34] emphasized the importance of inversion as a tool for enhancing the expressiveness of the text. Another study conducted by Brown [3, p. 65] showed that inversion helps improve students' cognitive skills, helping them to more deeply understand the structure of the language.

Main part

Methodology

The methodology of the study is based on conducting experimental classes, including special exercises on the use of inversion in written assignments. The experiment involved students who were studying academic writing courses. The analysis of the results was based on a comparative analysis of texts before and after the use of inversion.

Research results

The analysis showed that the use of inversion in teaching writing has a positive effect on text structuring skills and the variability of syntactic constructions. The following main results were revealed:

• Development of syntactic flexibility. Students who practiced inversion demonstrated more varied syntactic structures and improved paraphrase skills.

• Improved understanding of text organization. The use of inversion helped students understand the importance of emphasizing information and building the logic of the narrative.

• Strengthening the expressiveness of the text. Texts written using inversion were distinguished by their expressiveness and originality, which contributed to an increase in interest in reading.

Examples of using inversion

The students were able to see how inversion emphasizes important elements of the statement and structures the reader's attention using examples from the text. For example, in the sentence "Never before have students seen such results," the emphasis on the results is enhanced by inversion, which helps to highlight the key idea.

Conclusions and further research prospects

The use of inversion in teaching writing contributes to the formation of a comprehensive understanding of the structure of language, develops variable writing skills, and increases students' confidence in using complex syntactic constructions. In the future, a promising direction of research may be the analysis of the impact of other stylistic devices on the development of writing skills and their integration into academic writing programs.
