Changes in various spheres of modern life-politics, economy, culture, science, social relations-dictate new conditions and requirements for the formation of the personality of a future citizen, patriot and worthy representative of his country. In connection with the changing needs of society, the new social order, the education system is also changing and transforming, which is initially aimed at educating the individual, its comprehensive development, the formation of certain values, views and priorities. At present, the humaniza-tion of education is of great importance, and the processes of intercultural interaction and international cooperation lead to the fact that teaching foreign languages in both secondary and higher schools becomes one of the priority areas for the modernization of modern education.
Foreign language education has a huge potential today, including four interrelated and complementary aspects: cognitive, developmental, educational and educational, it contributes to the spiritual development of the individual, its cultural enrichment, the education of moral qualities, the development of creative potential [Passov, 2010].
"The specificity of foreign language education is that not only the language is studied, but also, most importantly and valuable, the culture of another people, which has a great educational potential" [Vetchinova, 2009]. It is significant to note that through the educational aspect, the spiritual improvement of the individual is carried out in the process of interaction of native and world culture.
The entry of our country into the pan-European educational space, ensuring the mobility of students, focusing on cooperation and integration with European countries implies the preparation of high school students for intensive intercultural communication. In our opinion, in order to ensure a full-fledged dialogue of cultures and mutual understanding at the international level, it is necessary to make fundamental changes in the methodology and practice of teaching a foreign language. In order to foster a culture of communication
and develop respect for other cultures, it is necessary not only to ensure that the new generation accepts global values, knows the culture and traditions of the country of the language being studied, and develops the skills of high school students to communicate with representatives of other cultures, but also to ensure that they adequately represent their native culture. To do this, it is necessary to ensure that the tasks that contribute to the education of patriotism, humanity and internationalism are solved during the lesson.
The question arises, how, under the above-mentioned conditions, to implement the educational aspect of foreign-language culture, which will ensure the acceptance of cultural achievements not only of their own country, but also of foreign-language cultures, the entry of the student into the context of world culture, the formation of the individual as a subject and creator of their own life? We believe that modern computer technologies can help teachers to organize and implement joint international projects, create conditions for organizing communication in a foreign language lesson, as close as possible to real communication. Computer technologies and new services are now very actively used in training and education, contributing to the solution of various communication problems. Therefore, it is possible to use computer technologies in the process of implementing the educational aspect in foreign language education. According to Professor E. S. Polat, "the possibilities of ICTs allow you to push the walls of the classroom, open the entrance to a wide world of knowledge, including the dialogue of cultures", and also contribute to the development of the educational potential of foreign language education [Polat, 2008].
Let's consider the features of the use of computer technologies in the process of implementing the educational aspect in a foreign language lesson at the senior level in high school. The educational aspect of foreign language culture at the senior level in secondary school is based on several principles united among themselves, among which the most important are: 1) the principle
of pedagogical ethics; 2) the principle of individualization; 3) the principle of communicative orientation [Sci.Nts, 2013].
One of the tasks of the teacher is to ensure that students master the language at the proper level, and the solution to this problem is the practical use of the language. Older students have a variety of points of view on the existing problem, are able to argue, make arguments, formulate problematic issues, therefore, knowing these features, the teacher should use exercises aimed at expressing the correct attitude to the ethical problem, respecting the opinion of each student. This strategy of behavior implements the principle of pedagogical ethics. A foreign language teacher can organize not only real communication in the classroom, but also a discussion of relevant and interesting topics for high school students online in a foreign language. For example, to touch on such topics as:" Values of Different Cultures"," Images of Britain and the USA"," China and Its Unique Way of Development","Is it Possible to be a Citizen of Russia Following American Values". Such well-known forms of telecommunications as Skype, ICQ, e-mail, forum, chat, video and web conferences have been widely used in education, in particular in teaching a foreign language [Sysoev, 2008]. For example, by organizing a chat on the Internet or Skype, the teacher gives all students the opportunity to participate in the discussion; even those who are afraid to speak publicly, get the opportunity to express their extraordinary point of view
It seems appropriate to discuss the following problems with high school students: relationships, subculture, professional self-determination. At the same time, a sense of tact, tolerance, respect for the opinions of others, acceptance of true values is fostered, and the introduction of computer technologies allows you to master important aspects of culture through free socially significant communication, develop speech skills and increase interest in learning. Discussing such topics as a healthy lifestyle in the language, students cultivate both in themselves and in others a negative attitude to alcoholism, drug addiction, the desire for physical and mental health, a sense of compassion, responsiveness.
The next most important principle of the implementation of the educational aspect is the principle of individualization. It is impossible to achieve good results in training and education without taking into account the personality of the student, his abilities and skills. Interests in youth are diverse, but the attention becomes more focused.
Selective and depends on the direction of interests, high school students begin to be interested in social values, rely on authority, so it is possible for a teacher who
uses computer technologies in foreign language classes to individualize training, increase the amount of independent work of students. Touching on topics that are interesting for high school students, you can emotionally influence the participants of the communication process by including video and audio recordings. This, in our opinion, will increase the motivation for the topic raised. We suggest that the teacher organize a video conference dedicated to the consideration of the peculiarities of the manifestation of national stereotypes in different cultures.
These principles of the educational aspect can be implemented through the use of computer technology in a foreign language lesson at the senior level. At the same time, it is important to take into account the peculiarities of the development of students of this age group, as well as the fact that the introduction of computer technologies in the educational process should not become an end in itself, but only a means of optimizing training and education. They can only model interpersonal communication to some extent, without replacing live human communication. Therefore, the task of the teacher is not only to competently involve computer technologies, but also to constantly work on educating the culture of working on the Internet among students.
