Introduction
The aim of this paper is the investigation of tourism in the period December-March 2010. Brezovica is the center of winter and summer tourism in Sharr Mountains. The ski trails are located 12 km from the village with the same name in the municipality of Shterpca. With the wrestlers that Brezovica offers to ski lovers, it is the most visited tourist center in Kosovo during the winter.
In Brezovica there are of 20 km of ski trails which are mostly related to each other. The length of separate paths is 3.5-4.0 km. Ski slopes may receive more than 50,000 skiers at the same time. These trails are approved by the ISF (International Ski Federation) and hope that in the near future, there will be held global competitions. The area of skiing center is about 2500 ha to altitude 1718-2522m. Within this space are the ski trials with the length average of 4 km and with an flexibility average of 38%.
At an altitude of 1700 m is located the hotel of ,'B" category, Molika hotel, which is located near the ski trails. In this hotel are performed services that deal with slide equipments.
Brezovica as tourist spot
Among the most popular hotels is Hoteli Narcis that belongs to category ,'A" which is located at an altitude of 900 m and it is 9 km from the skiing slopes. Hotel „Sports Tours" is located at 1705 meters altitude just near the old telpher with two seats.
In our study we found that 65% of those tourists that spend weekends or winter holiday in Brezovica region, prefer to accommodate at Molika Hotel because it is located near the ski trails and there is the professor who offers courses-classes to become good skiers, whereas 35% of tourists thought that they prefer the Narcis Hotel and Sport Tours Hotel to accommodate with the reason that prices are more affordable, especially students and learners who have low incomes. Beside hotels „Molika", „Sports Tours" and „Narcissus", in the tourist center „Brezovice" are built over 300 villas, which are for rent.
Molika Hotel
The hotel is located in the middle of ski terrains at an altitude of 1750 meters and belongs to the „B" category. The hotel was built in 1985 and there is located ski service, there is the place for the placement of guests' skiing and the ambulance with the doctor and the staff for medical services.
Ski School Hotel (Sports Tours)
Hotel "Sport Tours" is located at 1705 meters altitude just near the old telpher with two seats (Lion's Neck). In the hotel is the skiing for the restaurant's guests.
Narcis Hotel
Narcis Hotel is the biggest hotel and most modern of all the hotels built in Brezovica. It is located right in the village Brezovice with altitude about 900 feet, 9 km from the ski fields. The hotel was built in the early 80>s and has several restaurants, modern rooms, pool, fitness salon,billiard,ping-pong tables, rooms for seminars and congresses etc.

■ 2010
During; this period, the number of nonresident visitors has increased 18.7% compared to 2009. The greatest interest has been fro mGjilan and Pristina since Brezovica is about 60 km from these two cities. Especially high school and faculty students have organized studens trip (5 euros) departure - conning and some of theae have visited Hotels: Molika, Narcissus and Sports Tours in the Toum st Center Brezovica only foh re creation adventure, etc.
The reason why Molika Hoter has had more vkitors was because it is located in the middle of the skiing terrains but al so is has the professor that offers skiing coupes fog their c liedts who want to learn skiing. In the hotel is a me staurant, cafe, gallery, a minimarket, two pingtpong table s and discotheques.
Costumers' satisfaction in tourism is greatly affected by the way it serves hospitality. This is a vital part of tourism management and should be done effectively, well, politely and tactfully.
Recommendations
We are aware that tourism development requires the involvement of other government institutions, the business community and associations of various tourism associations. We will try to make the other institutional actors to contribute in various forms in this sector, which in the future may be quite profitable for the Republic of Kosovo.
Some of these have ski lifts, but in most cases there is no infrastructure for the development of winter sports. The number of hotels and restaurants should be increased.
Fortunately, environments for winter sports were activated immediately after war, lifts are running. There is snow from October to late June; ski slopes are generally located near the cities.
In the Swiss analysis of the snow of 1984, Kosovo was awarded with the first place in the Balkans for its durability of the snow.
So, in my opinion there should be organized different competitions in the snow, should be held training courses for skiing, should organize visits to different paths and various mountainous parts, visit villages that lie deep in the Alps, the organization of life in the mountains etc.
