THE WORK OF THE ARTIST RAKHIM AKHMEDOV AND HIS

INFLUENCE ON MY WORK

Annotation: This article describes in detail the work of the artist Rahim Ahmedov, the development of art and culture in Uzbekistan, landscape works in the artist's work.

Key words: painter, artist, nationalism, watercolor, typical image, morselniy paint.

Introduction:

The influence of Rahim Ahemdov's work was very strong for me, especially when I first started my career, I was studying at the Art Lyceum in Urgench, Khorezm. When I was in 8th-9th grade, I painted in watercolor. At that time I received a book with portraits of Rahim Ahmedov and his works, and I was pleased to see his paintings for the first time. I waited 1 year.

Later in morselny I copied their works with portraits and in 9-10 grades I learned a lot of techniques from them. That is why their creativity is so strong in my work to this day.

Literature analysis and methodology:

It is known that in the formation of Uzbek fine arts of the 20s century, especially painting, the traditions of advanced European fine arts, Russian and other artists had a great influence.

The fine arts, developed on the basis of three-dimensional laws, which were much more advanced in European countries, were almost non-existent in our country at that time. Art-loving representatives of our ancestors were more engaged in folk applied decorative arts.

Among these creative artists, Rahim Ahmedov stood out with his style, portraits and works in the genre of everyday life. It is no exaggeration to say that this artist, while acknowledging his great contribution to the development of Uzbek painting, has initiated a unique style and direction in portraiture.

The development of art and culture in Uzbekistan has an ancient history. Over the centuries, art at different stages has enriched our cultural heritage. Miniature (fine art) portraits, which have survived to the present day and are now housed in the National Library in Paris and are part of Rashid al-Din's Collection of Articles, are the oldest works of fine art in Central Asia.

The most important distinguishing feature of painting is that the image of shape and distance, images and movements can be seen only through color.

Painting reflects the complex world of human emotions and character, as well as the subtle changes of nature, the ability to convey fantastic images and philosophical ideas. All this is given through the genres of painting.

People's Artist of Uzbekistan, Academician Rahim Ahmedov graduated from the P. Benkov Art School and the I. Repin Institute of Art, Sculpture and Architecture in Leningrad.

Rahim Ahmedov works mainly in the genre of portraiture. In the portraits created by the artist, we see a typical image of our contemporaries - students, artists, painters, shepherds, cotton growers - hardworking ordinary people.

Rahim Ahmedov's first works, such as "Shepherd boy", "Folk musician", "Girl from Surkhandarya" show that he became a master of painting and coloring.

Results:

The artist in his works impressively expressed the spiritual image, spirit, emotions of the heroes. These are "Mother's Thoughts", "Spring" and others.

Rahim Ahmedov has also created artistically perfect genre paintings. His paintings such as "First salary", "Lunch break", "Motherhood - morning", "Song" are very lively, lively and real.

The images of women created by Rahim Ahmedov are especially attractive and charming. The artist's paintings on the subject are imbued with the spirit of poetry, rich in subtle emotions. In the painting "Motherhood -Dawn" (1963), the artist portrayed a typical image of a modern Uzbek woman.

R. Akhmedov expressed the theme, which has always fascinated artists, in a simple and solemn way. The composition of the photo is simple, the color is attractive and elegant. In particular, in the work "Dawn, Motherhood", which introduced the artist to the world and brought him fame, the young mother's pure heart, beautiful image, happy motherly mood are painted in colorful colors, which makes a warm impression on the viewer.

Landscapes also have a special place in the artist's work. In small, compact landscapes, nature shows off its beauty. Suffice it to recall a number of his works on mountain landscapes, in particular, only one "Winter" landscape.

Discussion:

Rahim Ahmedov's works have been exhibited at international exhibitions since 1948. His works are kept in the Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow, in the Directorate of Exhibitions and Panoramas of the State Museum of Art of Uzbekistan.

For many years, the artist has combined his creative work with state and public affairs, and also contributed to the social life of our country.

From 1965 to 1994, he served as chairman of the Union of Artists of Uzbekistan, where he worked tirelessly on the development of fine arts in the country.

Rahim Ahmedov has been working as a professor at the Institute of Arts for many years and makes a worthy contribution to the training of young artists.

Rahim Ahmedov's contribution to the development of Uzbek fine arts was deservedly rewarded. In 1961 he was awarded the title of "People's Artist of Uzbekistan." During the years of independence, he was awarded the Order of Merit.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, I would like to say that another noteworthy aspect of the work of the artist Rakhim Akhmedov is that his emphasis on nationalism and his large-scale work had a strong impact on my life and my works.

When I came to Tashkent to study, I was honored to see Rahim Ahmedov himself, to talk to them, and once I visited his workshops. I will never forget the conversation with them and the works of Rahim Ahmedov that I saw. Rahim Ahmedov died in 2008 in the city of Tashkent.
