Строки Махтумкули Фраги, призывающие к здоровому образу жизни, можно найти в каждом его просветительском стихотворении. Такова природа сердца поэта, что он желает всем только добра. Точно так же великий поэт в своих стихах желал, чтобы у каждого человека был здоровый дух, и в результате было создано совершенное и здоровое общество.

When you read the poems of Magtymguly Pyragy, which imbibes the rules of etiquette and the principles of wisdom that flow continuously from the ancestors to the generations, a new high spirit for life surrounds you. The national spirit embodied in the poet's poems gives every person an indomitable spiritual strength and confidence. The national spirit is considered the first condition of statehood, inviolable freedom, and unity, and adds its voice to spiritual health and perfection. The great sage wished every person to have a healthy mind and a healthy society. Magtymguly believes that sanity is necessary to see the present of life in his poems. Emphasizing that health, which is the pillar of life, must be protected, the poet addresses his country in the poem "Before you die" as follows:
Know the value of health
Before falling ill.
In his poems, Magtymguly Pyragy mentioned the effect of fresh and clean morning air on a person. In the poem "Soul will not remain" the poet sincerely supports the noble ways of our people who like to get up early in the morning and relax from work.
Someone gets up early in the morning,
From the place where no one will rise... -
that is, he emphasizes that getting up early in the morning is good for a person to feel light and to be open.
The poet describes the bad habits that are harmful to human health in a deep and clear tone. It is very true that Magtymguly Pyragy appreciates health. Poems are a source of health, which, gives spiritual strength, relieves depression, and inspires a free life. Because no wealth can be more valuable to a person than health. The poet's thoughts about human health, spiritual wealth, faith, confession, dreams and hopes are greater than gold and emerald. That is why the poet's heartfelt poems were the voice of the heart of the Turkmen people throughout their lives, and will continue to be so. Although several centuries have passed since the poet's life,
the number of his artistic poems is increasing.

We can proudly say that this wonderful dream of the poet has come to fruition even in our present happy age.
Each young man's origin want to know if you say, In gatherings how well behaved look -In the poem "Look how well behaves", the poet very clearly emphasizes that a healthy lifestyle is formed in a family with a small state, saying that a person's good health and spiritual health can be passed down through generations. In the poem "The guest of eye" he says:
If jigit hasn't got sword and horse,
It's clear to all, he hasn't diligence -through the lines that a young man without a horse is lacking among his peers, and in order to get a horse, a young man must earn money, and in order to earn money, he must engage in a certain profession, of course, a young man who does not do these things will be lazy and poor.
