Annotation
Turkmen have never mixed the Ahalteke breed with any other breed, on the contrary, they have firmly preserved the high breed quality of their own horses. Another thing that affected the pure blood of Ahalteke horses was that the Turkmens always followed the principle of «Az bolsun, uzbolsun» and kept 2-3 thoroughbred horses at their door, fed them with their hands, and did not let them out on their own in the fields.

Туркмены никогда не смешивали ахалтекинскую породу ни с какой другой породой, напротив, они прочно сохранили высокие породные качества собственных лошадей. Еще одно, что сказалось на чистокровности ахалтекинцев, это то, что туркмены всегда следовали принципу «Аз болсун, узболсун» и держали у своего подъезда 2-3 чистокровных коня, кормили их с рук и не выпускали на улицу. The fame of the Turkmen horse has spread to the world since the Oguzhan period. In the classical literature of Turkmen, in ancient manuscripts, their glory is described in harmonious lines of poetry and prose.
In «Gorogly», a heroic epic of the Turkmen people, the boy's legacy is a horse. In the epic «Oguznama» it is said that «I will not call you a name, I will call you a brother, but you are older than a brother.» If our grandfather Magtymguly is the candlestick of Turkmen's classical literature, he refers to the horsemen with the wind on their heads, saying that the horses are known in the field. There are hundreds of sayings about the Turkmen horse:
«My horse has wings», «A horse is worthless», «A horse has a big name, a camel's heel», «A horse can plant a tree, a horse looks after it», Slaughter the horse if the year is good», «A horse is a boy's wings».
Serkerde, our poet Seydi: Here, jewelry is a precious instrument, and the throne is Suleiman. - he compared it to the legendary throne of Prophet Suleiman in the air. Horses decorated with gold and silver jewelry were also a part of the wedding ceremony. The ancient Greek historian Xenophon says: «Nothing in the world can compete with them in running, and doves and cranes hardly follow in their footsteps». In the poem «Bedev» dedicated to the name of Gurbanmyrat Isha, Annagylych Mataji, a prominent representative of Turkmen classical literature, says, «If you don't have a companion, a falcon or a dove».
It expresses Turkmen's deep love for the beauty of creating music such as «At Chapan», «At Chapar», «Gorogly's Horse Play», «Shadilli».
The first horse taught by man was created in the East. Ancient Egyptian papyri and Assyrian glyphs also show the appearance of horses with a heart-shaped head. The name Ahalteke is related to the name of the Ahal plain and the name of the Turkmen tribe that adopted these names. Even at the beginning of the 20th century, the name of the goats was called Ahalteke horse. Turkmens used silver and other precious stones to decorate their horses. If the decoration of the Turkmen horse belongs to our glorious past and is used only for decoration today, at one time those decorations protected the horse's neck and chest from being injured in battles. According to historical data, Turkmen Ahalteke horses are considered to be the most beautiful and handsome horses. Silver and real stones are a wedding decoration, and a prayer amulet is worn around the neck of an Ahalteke horse, and it is made of camel wool to protect the horse from the eyes and tongue. In order to accurately determine the result of the race, a camera is provided on the track. Here, the riders' club has also been allocated special buildings with fully equipped training rooms and a training hall. Even more special conditions have been created for names taught in the group. A huge pond with automatic filling and emptying of water was built for Ahalteke horses. 6 stables for keeping 300 horses at a time are equipped with special ventilation and protection system against harmful insects. Until now, the immuno-genetic laboratory equipped with the latest equipment, which is the only one in the entire region, became the pride of the complex. These devices allow DNA testing by genomic fingerprinting, which completely eliminates the possibility of falsifying the
origin of the horse. All the Turkmens were the people whose ancestors had learned to breed horses. Those people also perfected the work of selection and breeding. This is due to the fact that the terms «asyl», «low» and «wild» used in Turkmen horse breeding were due to the great demand of those people for the pureness of the horses. The original was a thoroughbred horse, and the lower part was an unknown breed of horse, which was also a work animal. Accurately distinguishing the three mentioned species was the essence of Turkmen horse breeding. A name of slightly dubious origin, it is not considered an original name. Turkmens could count the genealogy of any horse on several fingers. This has caused the Ahalteke horses to be purebred for thousands of years.
