THE EFFECTS OF CULTURAL GLOBALIZATION ON ENGLISH LANGUAGE USAGE
Аннотация: improving speaking skills is a crucial aspect of language learning, as it enables effective communication and enhances fluency. Various methods can be employed to strengthen speaking abilities, each tailored to the specific needs of learners. One key approach is immersion, where learners are exposed to the target language through daily conversations, media, and social interactions, allowing them to practice speaking in real-life contexts. Interactive activities, such as role-playing, debates, and discussions, also provide opportunities for learners to engage in meaningful dialogue, thereby improving confidence and vocabulary. Additionally, the use of pronunciation drills and intonation exercises can help learners refine their articulation and sound more natural. Peer feedback and teacher correction are also invaluable tools, offering constructive criticism that allows learners to identify and address weaknesses in their speech.

This creates both a challenge and an opportunity for learners to refine their abilities through consistent practice and targeted strategies.
One of the fundamental challenges of improving speaking skills lies in the need for real-world application. While classroom settings offer controlled environments to practice grammar and vocabulary, real-life situations require learners to think quickly, adapt, and respond to various contexts and people. As such, enhancing speaking skills goes beyond simply mastering words and grammar, it requires learners to gain confidence, learn how to manage anxiety, and become comfortable engaging in spontaneous conversation.
