Abstract: this article discusses the findings of usage of innovation technology in education. It analyses the effectiveness and significance of authentic resources in teaching English language. It also aims to make English teachers aware of importance of multimedia technology and its strategies to use.

Keywords: innovation technology, multimedia, authentic material, communication, motivation, teaching methods, improve.

With the progress of technology and society, the education system all over the world is also developing. The teaching methods and strategies are changing day by day. Today, the teachers try to evaluate the way of teaching, especially in teaching foreign languages [2]. As innovative technology is one of the main criteria in improving students' language learning, multimedia teaching has extensive used in teaching. Teachers find the most actual way to create a better foreign language learning environment through multimedia technologies. Through MT the teachers can provide authenticity, which encourage students, arouse their interest and expose them to the real language they will face in the world. With usinginnovative technologies teachers try to diversify the learning process.

According to Kilickaya, authentic materials are "exposure to real language and use in its own community." I agree with this point, authentic materials offer the students a chance to practice "real" language use [3. P. 3]. Authentic material can be both written texts, such as newspapers, novels, menus, flyers and oral texts, such as radio or TV programmes or films. Why is it useful to use authentic material in English language teaching? Benefits of using them are real life language, real life situations, students can assess themselves against reallanguage. Authentic texts can increase students' motivation with different cultural and traditionaltexts. Different national dialects are extremely useful in language leaningbecause they are samples of real language a nd help to bring the 'real' world into theclassroom. Besides that, using authentic material with learners can add variety to a teaching programme. If carefully selected, they motivate learners and involve them in thinking about real problems and situations. However, if students are not used to working with material of this nature, it needs to be introduced gradually and carefully. The next task will give you ideas on how you can "sell" authentic material to your students. Students can be deceived about the true nature ofthe language if they are always offered textbook texts. From time to time learners needto assess themselves against real language. And authenticity helps the students to enlarge vocabulary range, to increase their outlook and overall knowledge, to think critically.

Today new techniques using Internet resources contrast traditional teaching foreign languages. The notion of "traditional" is associated primarily with the learning by heart the rules and the implementation of language exercises, or "talking about language instead of the language" [1. P. 97]. Many teachers are convinced that a good vocabulary and proper knowledge, as well as the correct use of grammatical structures of the language underlie the learning process.

Though, this belief cannot be considered as absolutely correct, because the need for motivation and emotional component present in any communication, often not written guidance material. In order to teach communication in a foreign language, you need to create real, real-life situations that stimulate learning and develop adequate behavior.

On the other hand Klaus emphasizes, that technical troubles is often consume most of valuable teaching time. This happens when the student or teacher is not familiar with using the certaindevice and they do not have adequate technical know-how to fix the machine [4. P. 33]. If there is any problem with the technology, the schools need to call for technician to fix the problem and it will delay the student from the actual lesson plan that the teacher has prepared for them. Thus, this would cause the class to be ineffective in a classroom where time is limited, besides computer, television also known as one of medium in educational purposes.

But Deubelbeiss thinks quite different about authenticity [1. P. 22]. One of the biggest benefits of the internet for language learners is the sudden widespread availability of authentic resources. He points out, this enables teachers to use 'content with messages students want to hear'. We can now access the daily news; watch trending videos... the possibilities are endless. Also, according to his analysis, using authentic materials is a very contentious point in language instruction. Yet, Schramm, the father of communications studies once questioned and actually carried out a test if television actually benefited towards education, which turn out to no avail [5. P. 67].
