REGIONAL MODEL OF SOCIO-CULTURAL REHABILITATION OF THE DISABLED
Аннотация: the problem under consideration: the problem of rehabilitation of disabled people remains one of the most difficult, requiring society not only to understand it, but also to participate in this process of many specialized institutions and structures. Rehabilitation is not only a treatment and improvement of health, but also a process aimed at achieving maximum independence and readiness for an independent and equal life in society. Rehabilitation activities are based on the following principles of service organization: individuality, complexity, continuity, efficiency and accessibility. The implementation of an individual rehabilitation plan is based on family-centered and interdisciplinary approaches.

Socio-cultural rehabilitation is one of the most relevant and in-demand areas of social practice of socio-cultural activities and is becoming an integral component of the program for young people with disabilities.
Socio-cultural rehabilitation of the disabled is a set of measures and conditions that allow them to adapt to standard socio-cultural situations: to do all possible work, find and use information necessary for practical activities and entertainment, adequately participate in situations of communication and use of available media, books, take care of themselves, expand opportunities for integration into ordinary socio-cultural life.
Socio-cultural rehabilitation is among the most relevant
and in-demand areas of public practice of socio-cultural
activities and become an integral component of the rehabilitation program for people with disabilities [1]. Socio-cultural rehabilitation of the disabled is a set of measures and conditions that allow them to adapt to standard socio-cultural situations: to do all possible work, find and use information necessary for practical activities and entertainment , to adequately participate in communication and use situations accessible mass media, books, take care of yourself, expand the possibilities of integration into ordinary socio-cultural life. The relevance of the research is determined by the processes of public relations, which are manifested in the development of new forms and directions of social policy in the aspects of integration, rehabilitation and support for the disabled. New ways of social rehabilitation require the formation of tolerant attitudes towards people with disabilities within the framework of specific social institutions and organizations.
In crisis situations, the situation of people with disabilities worsens, they feel their dependence, inferiority, and loneliness more acutely. At this time, it is necessary to optimize the living conditions of people with disabilities so that they can fully use and develop their potential abilities to adapt to new realities and overcome various social difficulties.
In this context, the development and development of the theoretical foundations of socio-cultural rehabilitation of persons with disabilities in modern conditions are very important and relevant.
In order to integrate people with disabilities into society in the most effective way, socio-cultural measures should be developed that will contribute to the development of potential abilities and self-confidence among people with disabilities.
Thus, there is a need to create a project (model) of socio-cultural rehabilitation, which helps to integrate a person with disabilities into society without certain difficulties.
Research hypothesis: under the assumption that socio-cultural activities should be considered as a cultural and leisure event acting as an intermediary between an open
society and a disabled person, creating a socio-cultural environment with special opportunities for successful socio-cultural rehabilitation of disabled people.
