The description of the project or the main part of the upcoming work consists of 6 stages, as shown in the plan above. Now let's go through these stages. At the first stage, i.e. to perform the work, raw materials are necessary, as is already known. That's why our top priority is to collect the waste ( mostly plastic waste) needed to produce the product. They should also be collected from everyday or unnecessary plastic waste and from special garbage containers. This puts forward the solution of two environmental problems in the region.

It is important to know the capabilities of the analytical software block of the HORSES-3 information search system for maintaining centralized records of breeding horses, as well as for the formation of forecasts of the breeding value of horses of prize breeds. An urgent problem There remains the further development of the HORSES-3 information search engine and its integration with other information systems [20]. Increasing the efficiency of horse breeding is achieved using the databases "Breeding and genetic parameters".

They: firstly, lead to the reduction or complete elimination of waste in the region. Secondly, it helps to prevent deforestation of our final product. Because our final product or purchase is made of wood, which has a positive effect on the conservation of forest areas. In general, you will understand this clearly during the course of the project. The special raw materials that we will need are fine sand and coloring pigment. They should be used in detail in the 3rd part of the plan, in the 2nd process. Currently , if we take as an example the border of these two raw materials, The Karakum Desert occupies 350 square kilometers of the territory of the state of Turkmenistan. It is convenient for us to find this so-called boundary. The cost of one KAMAZ car is 30 thousand manats, and the sand delivered through it, including all other expenses, is 300-500 manats. The next necessary raw materials are coloring pigments, which can also vary in color depending on the product being produced. The price of one color of these coloring pigments (for example: brown, yellow, black, etc.) is 120-200 manats per 25 kg bag. It is also it should be used in combination with the 2nd process. These are all the raw materials needed to produce the product. Now let's move on to the hardware part of our project. Let's start the second round. The equipment that we will need for the 1st stage of the production process is the AMD-600 DU plastic waste shredder manufactured in the Russian Federation. If we give the characteristics of this crushing device, then its weight is 250 kg, it is capable of breaking 120 kg of plastic waste per hour, and its net price, excluding other costs, is 9,000 manats. Depreciation period It is 5 years old, the warranty (warranty) is provided for 2 years. Its main function is to break plastic waste into small (4 mm) pieces. This completes the process.

As for our fourth stage, that is, in the 3rd process of our plan, we will need a melting machine for semifinished products of the type "SJ 150 H" from the previous PRC process. The productivity of this machine is designed to process your semi-finished product up to 120 kg per hour. The net price of the device is 48,000 manats with a 1-year warranty. At the final stage, we will determine the intended use of your next semi-finished product.

Let's talk about the third phase of this trend. Moving on to the second stage of the project, one of the devices we need is a mixer of sand, paint and plastic scrap model VKG-100, manufactured by the People 's Republic of China. If we give the characteristics of this device, then its weight is 150 kg, volume is 100 liters, the mixer rotates 60-85 times per minute, engine power is up to 3 kW. It is set at the amount of 6,000 manats, excluding other expenses. Here 's how it works in a nutshell (add 100 g-2 kg of colored pigment, then add up to 50 kg of plastic waste from process 1, add up to 150 kg of sand and start the mixer. The total budget of our project is 150 thousand manats. A positive aspect of our development is both the increase in the workforce and the solution of environmental problems at the national and regional levels. They were highlighted in the 1st part of the project. In terms of quality, our products are strong and durable compared to similar products produced today, such as chairs, tables, etc. The photos below show examples of our products.
