After Uzbekistan gained independence, the policy of socio-economic stabilization was developed under the leadership of the first President of Uzbekistan I.A. Karimov in order to bring the country's economy out of a deep recession and ensure its macroeconomic stability. PRINCIPLES OF IMPLEMENTING A COMPETITIVE STRATEGY IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY OF UZBEKISTAN DURING THE DEVELOPMENT

After Uzbekistan gained independence, the policy of socio-economic stabilization was developed under the leadership of the first President of Uzbekistan I.A. Karimov in order to bring the country's economy out of a deep recession and ensure its macroeconomic stability. The effectiveness of this policy has been demonstrated in the thirty-two years since independence.

After Uzbekistan gained independence, economic growth has been developing in our country. It is a fact: there is no development where there is no competition. Because if a competitive environment is not created in economic processes, the level of monopolization will increase. To create a competitive environment, the state must pursue an antimonopoly policy, take measures to remove the economy from monopoly, and create a legislative framework in this direction. In any country that has transitioned to a market economy, healthy competition and fair trade rules play a very important role. Because healthy competition increases productivity, creates new jobs, develops innovation and, most importantly, ensures consumer welfare. Healthy competition leads to lower prices and higher quality of goods and services. Our committee is entrusted with a wide range of tasks and tasks in this direction, and maximum attention is paid to them.

The modern economy is becoming a digital economy. After all, we live in an age of development, and it is impossible to describe our life without modern technologies. Today, the Internet brings convenience to the whole world. The digital economy is designed to meet the demands of the times. The computer field brings us convenience in all our work. [1] He also makes a huge contribution to small business and entrepreneurship. It is based on global demand in the business sector in terms of strategy and competitiveness, and this, of course, with the help of modern networks.

This activity is carried out on its own behalf at the expense of its own property liability and legal liability of the legal entity. Entrepreneurship is always associated with market strategy. Market development strategy is one of the growth strategies associated with the movement of goods and services into a new market.

Research methodology. Competitive tasks, types and methods are the essence of the concepts of strategy and business development in the digital economy.

Types of competition: Pure competition, Pure monopoly, Monopolistic competition, Oligopoly, What is strategy? How does this serve the purpose of the nation? What are the prospects for the chosen goals?

Strategy is a system for finding, formulating and developing doctrine that, when consistently and carefully implemented, ensures long-term success.

The goal of the strategy is to ensure the competitiveness of the planned business after a certain number of years or in a market economy. [2]

The strategy is primarily focused on small businesses or entrepreneurship. Business Strategy: This strategy is constantly reviewed. As Porter notes, there are mainly competitions to reduce costs and

differentiate. One of them is aimed at reducing prices, and the

other is aimed at improving quality and increasing the consumer value of the product. To these two main strategies we add the new product introduction strategy and the market development strategy as independent strategies. A cost reduction strategy aims to achieve success in market competition through much lower prices. He makes a great contribution to business development in the digital economy. The Internet serves as a field that facilitates all our work. In the new digital market economy, we are seeing a highly developed online network marketing business. This is convenient for both buyers and sellers, who can buy clothes, food or medicine without leaving home. Every online store also has a delivery service. This will certainly serve development in accordance with the needs of the times and bring convenience to the people. We have mentioned only one of several factors in the development of the digital economy.

The dominance of competition in a market economy, the decisions of the President, all the conveniences of the current era and the development of the digital economy in the era of competition between consumers in a market economy are aimed at purchasing goods at convenient and low prices. This is very convenient for both consumers and entrepreneurs. Because the buyer tries to get more pleasure for every unit of money spent, strives to buy a cheap and high-quality product as soon as possible. In competition, there is a struggle between producers to obtain greater profits for the costs incurred and to sell goods as a result of this profit, that is, for favorable markets, sources of cheap raw materials, energy and cheap labor. Therefore, the main area of competition is the market. To ensure competitiveness in the market, the strategy factor of the entrepreneur or manufacturer is first necessary. The meaning of the word "strategy" is a long-term business plan or factor of profit or competitiveness aimed at gaining and maintaining its place in a market economy. Each entrepreneur must look at these factors separately. In a market economy, an entrepreneur must introduce new technologies, quickly develop types of goods that meet demand, have a qualified workforce and use modern marketing services. Then it becomes a competitive enterprise

President Sh. Mirziyoyev made the following statements on additional measures to improve the support system for entrepreneurs and further improve the business environment:

Every entrepreneur can provide employment to the unemployed, export or import, benefit the budget of our country and compete with foreign countries. This will certainly contribute to the development of Uzbekistan. In conclusion, it should be said that a person should always be on the move! I think that we should use the convenience of the present time to develop small businesses, entrepreneurship or any profession and benefit the People! An example of this is the digital economy. First, we live in the 21st century! In the 21st century, we live in the age of development of Internet technologies, iPads, television and smartphones. Each office has advanced technology and whiteboards. The digital economy serves to improve human life in the era of development, and I think we should take advantage of it.

In conclusion, we can say that today's economists are very different from the economists of ten years ago, and they are different in terms of competitiveness in a market economy, or in creating business strategies, or in having classrooms equipped with computers, iPads, tablets, smart boards and other types of educational technology. To compete in a market economy, it is necessary to meet the demands of the times. The demand for time has now extended to the computer field. Internet networks and computer fields are evolving to make all of our work easier. Every entrepreneur, businessperson or representative of any profession should understand this well. This is easier to understand for

anyone who is a master of his craft, because we live in an age of

development. The seven-screen digital generation is also emerging in Uzbekistan -TV, computer, tablet and smartphone. Each person must be guided by the age of his development in order to keep up with the demands of the time.
