AN OVERVIEW OF CRIME AND ITS MAIN SIGNS Resume
The dispute between the individual and the society is one of the main problems of criminal law. Crime and its symptoms have such a concept. A criminal act is a basic concept in various legal systems, but the criminal laws of many foreign countries do not use that concept. Criminal law theory requires the concept of crime and its symptoms.
The totality of the elements of a crime is considered a crime in criminal law. Crime is the totality of symptoms and characteristics that constitute a socially dangerous act.
Key words:
criminal law, obligations, liability, punishment, legal relationship, legal fact, coercive measures.

Identifying the elements of a crime, gathering all the elements of a crime as defined in the Criminal Code, and prosecuting the person who committed the crime is the basis of law. The legislature defines four mandatory elements of the crime:
1. Dangerous to the community.
2. Guilty.
3. Against the law.
4. Penalty.
The legislature considers the crime to be a public danger. All of the above-mentioned symptoms are part of the crime, if there is no symptom, then the perpetrator is not a criminal, that is, there are no symptoms of the crime. The study of the relationship between the individual and society is one of the main problems of criminal law. According to the content of criminal law, the presence of symptoms specified in a specific article of the Criminal Code leads to the emergence of criminal responsibility. The legal basis of criminal responsibility is the conduct of a person, declaration of a specific situation, violation of a specific criminal law, harming or threatening to harm interests protected by criminal law. In order to prosecute a criminal and consider him guilty, it is necessary to identify the signs of any crime committed by him. A person who has committed a crime, if his guilt is known and the norms of criminal law are violated based on his actions, he is charged with a crime if the signs of the crime appear. In criminal law, the occurrence of all the elements of a crime is called the elements of the crime. The only basis for criminal liability is the composition of the crime. The law provides for two bases of criminal liability.
1. The emergence of a real social danger (an image of human behavior).
2. The legal (law) basis is the presence of the elements of the crime when it endangers the society.
Both of these grounds are inseparable from each other and their composition constitutes the crime. In this case, if a person's act of endangering society contains the elements of the crime specified in the Criminal Code, then it is considered a crime. Criminal law does not allow the application of criminal law by analogy. It is a real fact that a person has become a public danger, but the composition of the crime is the legal concept of the crime given in the provisions of the criminal law.
In this case, the composition of the crime is not as a scientific abstraction (i.e. in thought), but is carried out through human action or inaction. If he has committed the elements of a crime, then there is a basis for criminal liability. References
