Краткий анализ правовой системы Китая и России A brief analysis of the legal system of China and Russia

Both China and Russia belong to from the planned economy to social market economy transition country, the historical law of the people's Republic of China by the influence of Soviet law, theory of legal system is the source in the Soviet Union, and Russia as the Soviet legal rights and obligations inherited, in legal theory and technology of surface layer is also adhering to the Soviet Union theory. The legal system of China and Russia has the characteristics of transformation, but it is not the same. Key words: legal system, constitution of legal system, characteristic, China, Russia.

Проблема правовой основы приграничного сотрудничества России и Китая Theory of frontier port areas of criminal judicial Assistance between China and Russia area construction

In January 27, 1994, the government of the people's Republic of China and the Russian federal government on the Sino Russian border crossings agreement, the Chinese side in the Sino Russian border region established 20 open port city of Russia, only this year has been in the past 20 years, these open cities in Russia to promote Sino Russian trade plays an extremely important role. Although they have made a lot of achievements in the economic and trade cooperation, there are still some outstanding problems in the aspects of the design and establishment of the relevant system, and the deepening of the opening of the city open, and should take the initiative to put forward and clarify the issue of criminal judicial assistance in the area of China and Russia.
