INTRODUCTION

One of the basic functions of education is to prepare students for life. This function in the 21st century can be participation in an information-rich society, in which knowledge is regarded as the main source for the socio-cultural and political-economic development of countries and nations. Information rich societies have evolved and dominate and control information around the world. Information encompasses and relies on the use of various communication channels currently referred to as information and communication technologies and would include better pedagogical methods to deal with such emerging situations. The education of youth is the education of our nation. The research work is dedicated to the much-researched branch of our education system - learning foreign languages. On December 10, 2012, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov signed a decree "On Measures to Further Improve the Foreign Language Learning System". It should be

noted that within the framework of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education" and the National Program of Staff Training, a comprehensive foreign language teaching system has been introduced in the country, aimed at creating a harmoniously developed, highly educated, modern thinking young Generation, further integration of the country into the world community created. However, the analysis of the current system of organizing language learning shows that learning standards, curricula and textbooks do not fully meet current requirements, especially when using advanced information and media technologies. The training takes place mainly in traditional methods. developing a continuum of foreign language learning at all levels of education; improving teachers' skills and providing modern teaching materials are required. According to the decree, from the 2013/2014 school year, foreign languages, mainly English, will be gradually taught across the country from the first school year in the form of educational and speaking games, advanced learning of the alphabet, reading and learning spelling in the second year. It is also planned that institute modules, especially in the technical and international area, will be offered at universities in English and other foreign languages. Starting from this decree, we have therefore decided to dedicate our research to learning English, but through information-educational technologies. The new era presents the modern teacher with new challenges and tasks. The tradition of teaching English has changed drastically with the remarkable advent of technology. Technology offers so many opportunities to make classes more interesting and classes more productive in terms of improvement. Technology is one of the most important drivers of both social and language change. This technology is at the heart of the globalization process; Effects on educational work and culture. The use of the English language increased rapidly after 1960. Currently, the role and status of English is that it is the language of social context, politics, socio-cultural, business, education, industry, media, library, communication across borders, is a major subject in the curriculum and language of instruction . It is also a key factor in getting into college and working on well-paid commercial jobs. Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan PD-1942 of March 26, 2013 "On measures to further improve personnel preparation in the field of information and communication technologies" was the essence of the country's reforms in the field of foreign language learning. Today, according to European standards, English teachers cannot afford not to integrate technology into their courses, as technology plays an essential role in their learners' everyday work, where they need basic digital and electronic skills to communicate internationally across

cultural borders to learn different media and to become autonomous learners who can keep up with the fast-paced professional world.

Teachers who like and are comfortable with technology keep up with the latest developments and are often willing to adopt and experiment with different technologies in their classrooms, whether offline or online. They are sometimes criticized by more technophile educators for using technology unnecessarily without any proof of its effectiveness in helping students learn better or faster. ESP teachers may be less prone to this as they are generally more focused on their learners' needs and more aware of their limited time and busy schedules. Even if they weren't, their students would probably be reluctant to use technology that they would see as a waste of time or too difficult to use. Therefore ESP teachers will mostly practice what they suggest: a critical, technologically informed pragmatism. "As we can see from the case studies, the reason for using technology in ESP is not only or always because it makes learning the language more effective or efficient, but also because it can offer tools that simulate real work situations and at the same time giving students the opportunity to acquire and practice essential professional skills of the 21st century. Using technology in learning a second language has become a real necessity these days. It briefly discussed how technology can be used to develop the learner's language skills. Various methods of using technology to improve the four language skills have been thoroughly discussed.

CONCLUSION

Nowadays, in every English class from first grade to higher education, we can see the use of computer technologies to expand the students worldwide and share their ideas about their home country only in English. Because today the work of our youth in foreign joint ventures to increase the economy of our country is one of the most important and significant problems. A case study was also conducted to gauge the acceptability of some students to using technology to improve their language skills. As a result, the following concluding remarks and recommendations can be made: - With the further development of technology, the integration of this medium into the teaching process becomes necessary. - The computer is seen more as an integral part of the learning activity and as a means of imparting skills to learners. -The theory and practice of second language learning can be coordinated through the use of modern technology. - Modern technical methods should be used for effective learning and teaching of the second language. - English teachers should encourage

their students to use technology to develop language skills. - Educational institutions should modernize their technical teaching capacities using new equipment and laboratories to support the teaching process.
