ABSTRACT

This article discusses the creation of an electronic methodological portal of medical education on the basis of innovative approaches, the purpose, objectives of the portal, the application of medical education, the integration of medical education with science and industry, the views of scientists on medical education, UNESCO priorities in education. scientific-methodical design, possibilities of the created platform, mechanisms of its practical application, didactic provision of electronic educational resources for medical education teachers, formation of technological knowledge, skills and competencies from teachers, pedagogical bases of development of professional thinking of medical education teachers.

INTRODUCTION

Although last year was a test, hard and difficult for our country, today Uzbekistan is achieving its plans and goals. It is a fact that the spiritual level of any nation is determined primarily by the spiritual level of the generations of this country. If we look at the lives of great figures, we can see that their loving mothers and wise wives played a very important role in their development as individuals. Recently, ensuring the rights and interests of women, gender equality, protection of family, motherhood and childhood, support for women in science, improving working and living conditions for them have become a priority of state policy in our country. decisive and important factor in the development of any state in line with modern requirements, it is necessary to recognize the need for innovative changes in today's vocational education. At the same time, it can be seen that there are ample opportunities to support women scientists and put their research into practice.

METHODOLOGY

Organization of education in educational institutions of the republic in accordance with modern requirements, creation of new textbooks and electronic portfolios of textbooks and their widespread introduction into the medical education system, integration of continuing education with science and industry, further improvement of the system of educational institutions, methodological training of competitive teachers. Strengthening is one of the key areas of society's demand, and high results are being achieved in this regard.

Defining priorities for systemic reform of higher education in the Republic of Uzbekistan, raising the process of training highly qualified personnel with modern knowledge and high moral qualities, modernization of higher education, development of social and economic sectors based on advanced educational technologies For this purpose, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M.Mirziyoev dated October 8, 2019 No PF-5847 "On approval of the Concept of development of the higher education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030" was adopted. This, in turn, leads to a further complication of the pedagogical profession, an increase in responsibilities and duties. Because in today's conditions of mass education, working with the new digital generation, their development, preparation for the profession in accordance with the requirements of the world requires a high-tech knowledge, potential and hard work of a modern teacher.

The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M.Mirziyoev said: "The solution of another problem is very important: it is the professional level of teachers and professors, their special knowledge. In this regard, it is necessary to create an environment that actively promotes the process of education, spiritual and enlightenment maturity and the formation of true values.

In this regard, consistent measures are being taken in our country to modernize national medical and pharmaceutical education, to introduce international educational standards in this area, to create an effective system of spiritual and moral education of young people.

LITERATURE REVIEW

To date, the pedagogical approaches to the development of medical education Abu Ali Ibn Sino's pedagogical views on medical education are not sufficiently prohibited. , A.Usmonkhodjaev studied the spirituality of medical workers. CIS scientists, along with medical normative concepts, raised the issue of educating a person with high professional qualities, including the study of the ethno-pedagogical culture of Petrova, the study of psychological mechanisms of Denisova O.V, formation, studied in the work of LV Bogdanova on the issues of communicative training of future doctors. The analyzed research shows that the creation of an electronic methodological portal for medical education teachers is not considered.

At this point, we will analyze the research of our scientists, scientists focused on the professional qualities of future doctors. In particular, the views of Abu Ali ibn Sina on spiritual and moral education, the role of spiritual and moral qualities in social and professional activities, as well as a pedagogical analysis of normative etiquette aimed at developing the professional and spiritual qualities of future doctors. The main goal of UNESCO's activities in the field of education is to make high quality education a reality for young people and adults. At the same time, UNESCO emphasizes that the concept of "World without Borders" will create an inclusive society only through the introduction of new modern technologies in the education system. Of course, the success of education depends on the teacher's understanding of the essence of the pedagogical system, which combines didactic issues and advanced teaching technologies, and is able to use it effectively.

At the same time, it is expedient to allow advanced pedagogical scientists, innovative professors and practitioners to widely use science-based teaching technologies.

Based on the above analysis, it is planned to implement a project entitled "Creation of an electronic methodological portal" Medical Pedagogy "for teachers of medical education." serves as the basis for the project. It can be said that this project will serve to increase the effectiveness of the teaching process in medical education, solve problems in teaching, create a didactic supply of e-learning resources for medical education teachers.

The purpose of the project is to create an electronic methodical portal "Medical Pedagogy" for teachers of medical education. skills and creative activity.

The main tasks of the project are: to assess the knowledge, skills and abilities of students at a new stage of the education system, as the issue of assessing the level of competence requires a new approach, taking into account the specifics of the medical education system Development of e-learning manuals "Features of control and evaluation" and "Technology of formation of educational goals in medical education"; The introduction of a modular credit system requires teachers to develop technological knowledge, skills and competencies, in this regard, taking into account the specifics of the medical education system of Uzbekistan for teachers "Technological approach to

Information will be posted on the portal in Uzbek and Russian languages.

An electronic platform with textbooks and manuals created within the project will be created. The electronic platform is based on web technology and object-oriented programming languages. It uses modern frameworks based on MVC technology, PHP, HTML, JAVASCRIPT, YII2 programming languages and MYSQL database management systems, representing the database of modern programming languages. This ensures that the platform created in programming technologies runs smoothly on LINUX and WINDOWS operating systems. Creating a database for storing and processing data in the system.

Android Studio for Android and Java Swift programming languages for iOS and Windows Phone are used to create mobile applications.

EXPERIMENTAL WORK

The portal provides the following opportunities for teachers working in the field of medical education:

The pedagogical platform will develop and place on the platform a mechanism for teachers of medical education, which will serve to enrich pedagogical knowledge, skills and abilities in addition to the areas of specialization.

S every educator has the opportunity to repeatedly address the questions and issues that are necessary, to study, analyze and research their knowledge directly in pedagogical practice;

S The portal serves to increase the efficiency of the teaching process in medical education, solve problems in teaching, create a didactic supply of modern e-learning resources for medical education teachers, which allows the introduction of modern branches of pedagogy (neuropedagogy, medical pedagogy, correctional pedagogy).

CONCLUSION

In conclusion, it can be said that an electronic methodological portal "Medical Pedagogy" will be created for teachers of medical education; Development and preparation for publication of an electronic textbook "Modular credit system in medical education"; An e-learning manual "Motivation and activation of students in the process of medical education" will be created and prepared for publication; An electronic textbook "Technology of formation of educational goals in medical education" will be created and prepared for publication; An electronic textbook "Features of monitoring and evaluation of knowledge, skills, abilities of students in specialty subjects" will be created and will be prepared for publication and put into practice.

The objectives of this research are to develop and place on the platform mechanisms for pedagogical educators to enrich their pedagogical knowledge, skills and competencies in addition to their areas of specialization. As the use of distance and technical education courses and artificial intelligence has been shown to be effective in improving the pedagogical skills of teachers in developed countries, this portal also serves to further improve the professional pedagogical competence of teachers working in medical education. The high technological capabilities of the portal, its wide coverage, the availability of free graphics allow each teacher to develop their professional pedagogical competence, using a wide range of methodological information materials. Therefore, the integration of knowledge of specialty teachers with professional pedagogical knowledge will help each educator to create teaching materials and teaching aids in their field.
