SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND ENERGY SECURITY Abstract
Today, global security is a sum of factors related to the objective conditions of the world's development. Among them, energy security is one of the main issues. This is not surprising, because the availability of energy sources, the presence of developed infrastructure in this field, the development of modern economy, the increase in the welfare of peoples, and the cultural and spiritual development of the whole humanity are the main factors in creating the material basis. In fact, energy security serves as one of the institutional foundations of global security.

Аннотация
Сегодня глобальная безопасность представляет собой сумму факторов, связанных с объективными условиями мирового развития. Среди них энергетическая безопасность является одним из главных вопросов. Это неудивительно, ведь доступность источников энергии, наличие развитой инфраструктуры в этой сфере, развитие современной экономики, рост благосостояния народов, культурное и духовное развитие всего человечества являются основными факторами создание материальной базы. Фактически энергетическая безопасность служит одной из институциональных основ глобальной безопасности.

Today, global security is a sum of factors related to the objective conditions of the world's development. Among them, energy security is one of the main issues. This is not surprising, because the availability of energy sources, the presence of developed infrastructure in this field, the development of modern economy, the increase in the welfare of peoples, and the cultural and spiritual development of the whole humanity are the main factors in creating the material basis. In fact, energy security serves as one of the institutional foundations of global security. Being one of the main sources of human life, the existing infrastructure of energy supply in the world today is exposed to various threats of short-term or long-term nature, which directly affects the quality of life of the entire world community. Broadly understood from this point of view, energy security is a complex, multifaceted phenomenon, which consists of closely related resource-material, military-political, financial, ecological and technological factors.
When developing its approach to the issues of general security, Turkmenistan is guided by the fact that the security of a particular country cannot be ensured in the absence of security in the region, the climate, and the world. As you know, one of the most important components of global security is energy security. Energy security, which is one of the main factors for ensuring international peace, tranquility and stability, is at the center of world politics. In this regard, it is of great importance to identify energy security as a key factor in developing multilaterally agreed solutions, aimed at becoming the fundamental basis of a fundamentally new model of interaction in the world's energy space, ensuring the progress of global development. In connection with the fulfillment of the tasks stipulated in the Convention, special attention will be paid to studying and analyzing the situation in the world's energy space, preparing Turkmenistan's international contracts and agreements on the implementation of energy projects, and determining the priorities of cooperation with other countries, international energy organizations and financial institutions. Along with energy supply, a well-thought-out policy in this area is an important indicator for the development of the state and the improvement of the welfare of its people.
One of the practical results of the implementation of the national policy of Turkmenistan aimed at protecting people's lives is that the use of natural gas, electricity and other fuels remains free for the country's population. Turkmen people get the most expensive things in the world either for free or at low prices. This is the result of the state's concern for its people. In order to ensure the social security of the population and the people's life free from poverty, several benefits are provided. The national program for the development of the energy sector, its focus on life protection, fully responds to the high values of humanity and the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. Ensuring global energy security, along with broad international efforts, directly depends on the implementation of appropriate measures by specific countries. Therefore, energy security within a country becomes an objective and integral goal of any state. Establishing and defining energy security measures, as well as identifying security threats and risks, facilitates the development of a coherent foreign and domestic policy.
