PRINCIPLES FOR EDUCATION OF SPIRITUALITY IN THE PROCESS OF GLOBALIZATION Polvonova F.A.

Abstract: this article explores the concepts of global spirituality; national values, universal values and international legal instruments. Spiritually competent propel can confront different threats, malicious and destructive ideas.

Modern humanity is at a high stage of its development. As a result of improvement of tech neology, there were many advantages. Especially the discovery of internet technology has accelerated the lifestyle of humanity. As the first president of Uzbekistan, I.Karimov noted in the book "High spirituality - invincible power"[1], this development creates two types of globalization. First, the positive thing is that humanity's information, technology transfer is accelerating, and people are getting closer to each other. Secondly, it is negative, that according to certain interests, values and priories, the national traditions and cultures are forgotten.
So, in the conditions of globalization, this is the most important factor that protects our nation from various attacks. Spiritually competent people have been able to withstand various threats, malicious and destructive ideas. the process of forming global ciulture in the minds of young people is a time-consuming and cost-effective process, bit we should not avois it. In this sense, we need to formulate the basic concepts and principles of global spirituality.
The concept of global spirituality is based on the following sources; national values, universal human values and international legal instruments.
There are unique national values if every nation and nation. Respect for them is a key factor determining the identity of the nation. His values are the means by whose means of life, prosperity, spiritual and moral perfection. At the same time, these values have some human values. It is well-know that all human values are accepted by all peoples (eg, peace, equality, and so on). Everyone knows that international legal acts are the basis of the unity of mankind [3].
At the present stage of human development, there is a need for global spirituality: first, human life has begun to prosper in the face of technology, which can lead to fertility. Second, humanity continues to live in prosperity and poverty. Thirdly, it is understood that it is not so wrong to look at the habit of sexually abusive behavior because the wealthiest richest people are also incapable of dealing with the peace and life of the human race (eg racial discrimination, drug abuse, etc.). Fourth, the aspirations of the powerful states to the hegemony remain. Fifth, there are no political forces that want to continue the violence in the eastern part of the world. In the sixth part, in the warmig part, the moral decline continues. Seventhly, global warming and ecological risks require the spiritual unity of mankind.
In defining the basic principles of global spirituality, it is necessary to base on the benefits of humanity. In our view, the basic principles of global spirituality can be acquired by human values, kindness, brotherhood. The issue of human dignity is becoming more and more important as life-s welfare is improving. No matter how think themselves to be creed do not think without the thought of a person, or some powerful representative of the powerful statesman speaks abusively of the people.
It is the opposite of the principle of treating people with humility. This illness should not be rooted in anyone's mind, soul, or heart. Nobody wants to be humiliated, and therefore nobody has the right to call.
The second principle of global spirituality is good. It is not necessary to comment on it, because it is being promoted by the intelligentsia throughout the lives of all mankind. For example, you have many examples of simple facts that can be read as simple facts. A person who does not do good must also self-centered.the third principle of global spirituality is brotherhood [3]. All the peoples of the world are not inferior to this feeling. Brotherhood is a sign of a kind of human affiliation and spiritual brotherhood.it serves as the basis for every nation to preserve the national identity, unite humanity, and preserve the human race as a species.
In summary, it should be said that the clear definition of the fundamental principles of global morality will benefit all the people of the world. the moral world is the world of moral beauty. Keeping it up and upholding it is a guarantee that you can protect humanity from evil.

Экономические преобразования и формирование на их фундаменте экономических основ общества связанно именно с имущественными отношениями. В Узбекистане с первых дней независимости были признаны права собственности на землю и защищены законодательно.
В процессе проведения аграрных реформ особое значение было придано пользованию личными земельными участками. 62% населения Республики проживает в сельской местности, 30% ВВП приходится на долю аграрного сектора, что формирует 55% валютных поступлений страны. В результате проводимых аграрных реформ, доля государственной собственности в сельском хозяйстве была приватизирована. На сегодняшний день доля негосударственного сектора в сельском хозяйстве составляет 100%. За годы реформ для ведения личного хозяйства людям было выделено 550 тысяч гектаров поливных земель, что составило в общем итоге 700 тысяч гектаров. Более 9 миллионов человек имеют доход с урожаев этих земель, особое внимание уделено созданию удобных форм ведения сельского хозяйства. Впервые годы аграрных реформ колхозы и совхозы были преобразованы в объединения дехканских (фермерских) хозяйств. За счёт сокращения земель под посев хлопчатника была осуществлена политика развития личных подсобных и фермерских хозяйств.
