ABSTRACT
The capabilities of information and communication technologies (ICT) have sharply increased and expanded with the advent of the global Internet and its penetration into all spheres of human activity, which includes the field of education. The use of educational electronic resources, including those posted on the Internet, is beginning to significantly influence modern Russian education and culture, creating conditions for the development of innovative teaching methods.

The use of educational electronic resources, including those posted on the Internet, is beginning to significantly influence modern Russian education and culture, creating conditions for the development of innovative teaching methods [1, 2, 3].

The introduction of information and communication technologies into the teaching of most disciplines gives rise to a set of problems associated with the development of appropriate software and content of electronic resources used in the field of education. Research conducted over the past few years has formed the basis of theory for the development and application of such resources. One of the normative documents in this area is the "Concept for the creation of educational electronic publications and resources" (M.I. Belyaev, S.G. Grigoriev, V.V. Grinshkun, V.P. Demkin, G.A. Krasnova, S. I. Makarov, B. M. Pozdneev, I. V. Robert, A. V. Solovov, S. A. Shchennikov, etc.) [7]. Using the provisions given in it, it is possible to define an educational electronic resource (OER) as a set of graphic, text, digital, speech, music, video, photo and other information processed and presented using computer technology, published on any

electronic media or in a computer network, which is systematized material on the relevant scientific and practical field of knowledge, ensuring the creative and active mastery of knowledge, skills and abilities in this field by the students. According to the concept, OERs should be distinguished by a high level of execution and artistic design, completeness of information, quality of methodological tools, quality of technical execution, clarity, logic and consistency of presentation. OER cannot be reduced to a paper version without losing any didactic properties.
In addition to the works of the above-mentioned authors, the publications of M.N. are devoted to research into the features of the development and application of OER. Alekseeva, A.A. Andreeva, A.A. Bakova, D.V. Bogdanova, L.Kh. Zainutdinova, S.D. Karakozova, A.V. Mogileva, A.S. Nedoboya, E.S. Polat, T.A. Polilova, V.P. Tikhomirova, A.Yu. Uvarov, and others.
ICTs and the electronic educational resources created with their help are being introduced into the educational process in secondary schools at a rapid pace. Currently, it is impossible to name a discipline in the teaching of which EER would not be used in one way or another. At the same time, computer science has been and remains one of the most informatized school disciplines. This subject is characterized by the fact that in computer science teaching, both the computer science tools being studied and educational resources are used in parallel to improve the effectiveness of learning.
