ABSTRACT

This article is about the wide range of opportunities and features of blended learning. Today, blended learning is a combination of elements of full-time traditional education and distance learning, which allows you to combine traditional methods and new technologies. In this system, the teacher stays in the center of learning and makes extensive and effective use of the Internet.

Keywords: blended learning, opportunities, face-to-face communication, email, online, combination, communication.

INTRODUCTION

One of the advantages of blended learning is that it can educate a wide audience at the same time. In the educational process, not only traditional education is provided, but also online classes are organized with students, and independent education is used for the student to study independently.

In blended learning, students are fully allowed to use the university's distance learning system and study materials. The system will have online libraries and resources.

Students submit some of the control work online. The system also organizes group discussions and implements various projects.

Blended learning can give students a lot of knowledge as it can explore a variety of learning resources. Those who use interactive media on the Internet will be able to gain new knowledge faster. In addition, digital education can also apply student-centered practice. Although online learning is considered to have many advantages, if students interact directly with what they are learning, learning will be more meaningful, one of which is real objects, e.g: is to explore all objects that are still in their original state or naturally in the form of specimens representing the specimens in their original location, alive or dead. The use of real objects in the learning process makes it easier for students to make observations and checks on what they are learning. Learning through the use of a real object leads not only to the classroom learning objects, but also through direct observation of the student's

learning environment. The objectives of this study were to compare the effectiveness of real object-based learning and blended learning with students' metacognitive knowledge.

METHODOLOGY

Blended learning is becoming increasingly popular. This is due to its advantages and functions. The tasks of blended learning are related to the environment in which blended learning takes place. Typically, this is a combination of face-to-face learning activities with online or computer-based learning activities. It offers a new learning experience. This experience is based on combining the advantages of modern communications and IT with traditional learning and discussion and reflection in a variety of situations. Here, other students can participate directly and express their opinions face to face.

In general, the use of a blended learning approach improves student engagement. The new role of the teacher is important for this. In a typical role in Blended Learning, there may be an old role of a teacher or coach known as a provider, where he or she must act as a coach or trainer. It also changes the relationship between teacher and student. The teacher supports the learning process and the student plays an active role in learning. Students need to take responsibility and they are seen as qualified individuals. The use of blended learning is based on the idea of content regulation. The teacher must decide which content should be presented online and which one should be used in face-to-face communication. It helps to learn skills, abilities and competencies. As a result, Blended Learning opens up new opportunities for individualization.

DISCUSSION

These functions indicate that Blended Learning can be used in large and small settings. The individual or team of trainers who developed the mixed learning approach should decide on the timing and appropriate content. It can also be used to develop self-study. There are clear steps that need to be considered when developing a blended learning scenario:

1. Understand the personal context:

Personal context should be the focus.

2. Consider local issues:

It is important to know and understand local issues.

3. Set clear goals:

Be aware and write short- and long-term goals for students. Online learning should be created in addition to face-to-face contextual learning in the classroom

5. Pay attention to student feedback:

Student feedback is important and should be taken into account.

Collaboration and information exchange are needed to use blended learning. The main idea is to create an environment of cooperation. A teacher or tutor can improve collaboration between students by designing group activities. It is also a good idea to design them in such a way that the activity is based on the work of other groups and is based on cross-linked or data collected from online learning. While the tools and platforms used include learning management systems and mobile devices, the use blended learning can enrich the learning experience more accurately.

CONCLUSION

The blended learning model provides the following opportunities:

• Get acquainted with the study material online at any time.

• -Test knowledge by passing a test;

• - Passing the control test;

• -Familiarize yourself with additional resources relevant to the training;

• -Use of audio and video recordings, animations and simulations;

• -Use e-mail and participate in forums;

• -Establish communication between teachers and students in addition to lectures.

meaningful learning.

• Personalized and user-oriented with the best designs that incorporate a range of learning opportunities that give students more control over their formal and informal learning activities suggests an approach.

• includes opportunities for students to adapt to the online learning environment and new principles that teachers need to consider when thinking about teaching and learning online and in person.

Elements of traditional education have existed for thousands of years, but it has not been more than 10 years since blended learning emerged. Therefore, it is advisable to mix these types of education.
