FORMATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL-PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE OF EDUCATORS

A competent approach to education leads to the acquisition of various skills, effective action in the future social, professional and personal life. The task of the teacher is to develop the ability to make independent decisions, to find new ways of solving problems, to independently evaluate the obtained results.

FORMATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL-PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE OF EDUCATORS

Annotation. A competent approach to education leads to the acquisition of various skills, effective action in the future social, professional and personal life. The task of the teacher is to develop the ability to make independent decisions, to find new ways of solving problems, to independently evaluate the obtained results.

One of the important requirements for the personality of an educator is that he must have mastered his subject, his methodology in depth. This raises the reputation of the educator-educator. Of the important qualities inherent in the profession of an educator, one of the requirements of love for Children interest in their life is to respect each individual.

The main methodological approaches of Educators include:

- a systematic approach that reveals the formation of psychological and pedagogical competence of a young educator as an integral and complex organized process;

- competence-based approach that allows the psychological and pedagogical competence of a young educator to be considered as part of its professional competence;

- a personal-activity approach that helps to consider the process of formation of psychological and pedagogical competence of a young educator, taking into

account his personal position, meanings, motives by choosing the content and methods of activity by a young educator;

The factor that makes up the system in the formation of psychological and pedagogical competence of educators is the implementation of a positive emotional and value attitude to professional activity. If the educator acquires the necessary knowledge, skill skills with a certain consistency, he forms his personality and achieves good results in raising and educating children.

The current modern educator will achieve effective results if they use questions that strengthen the activation of children so that they have a good mastery of knowledge , skills, skills.To be able to arouse interest in the same activity in children so that the educator can perform the task assigned to him, their it is necessary to attract attention and grow activity, to be able to competently assess the actions of the children's Hulk hatti, as well as to be able to plan the preparation of the necessary materials for each activity in advance. It is necessary that the preschool organization is able to properly organize the agenda that depends on the upbringing, that the children have developed the ability to lead the society with the attention of each member in it. Of particular importance is the development of psychological competence of educators. The ability of the BoLS to determine their mental and physical condition and to take this into account in educational activities carried out with the children is a sign that the educator Shahsi studied psychology in depth.It is necessary that the educator alternates information with regular conversations with parents, meetings, and focuses on such situations as being present or not, as well as a benevolent attitude towards pedagogical children, creating favorable conditions for each child, and being able to indulge in sad kisses. Young Educators of the preschool educational organization grow up to be mature professionals of their profession if they organize work processes, relying on the above points.

Because, since we set ourselves the goal of creating the necessary conditions for the comprehensive intellectual, moral, aesthetic and physical development of our children, it is undoubtedly necessary to improve the existing experience in improving the skills of educators at the level of modern requirements.
