Abstract
Summer is over. All of us, regardless of where we spent our vacation (if we had one at all), tried to spend as much time as possible in the fresh air, sunbathe, swim and enjoy the sun's rays. The first autumn days still delight with a chocolate tan and a good mood. But here's the problem - over the summer, hair has become dull, burnt out and lost its beauty. Ultraviolet radiation, heat, dry wind, sea salt and chlorinated water in swimming pools have done their job. How can we restore health to our locks?

The most active measures should be taken immediately after the vacation - during the first 30-40 days. During this period, you will have to take care of your hair regularly. The first thing to do is to ruthlessly cut off split ends. This is a radical measure, but necessary to prevent further damage to your hair. It is better to forget about chemical curling and coloring during this time. The only exceptions can be made for henna, basma, ammonia-free dyes or herbal infusions. It is also not recommended to frequently use a hair dryer, various curling irons and "straighteners". If you still cannot do without these devices, it is better to use a hair dryer in the "cold air" mode, and do your styling with heat-protective products that neutralize the aggressive effects of high temperatures. To give your hair a rest from ultraviolet rays, it is advisable to use special masks. A little advice: when buying professional products, make sure that they contain amino acids, plant extracts and oils. In the first 1.5 months. After vacation, you need to do masks approximately every 3-4 days, leaving the mixture on your hair for at least 20 minutes. Complex salon cosmetic procedures for skin and hair are also effective. But all this, of course, takes a lot of time and money. You can avoid unnecessary expenses and significantly improve your hair health with home procedures. However, first you need to decide what problems you want to solve.
Hair is 97% protein, so protein-rich foods are essential for healthy hair.

If your hair looks unhealthy and falls out more than usual, then it is worth supporting it from the inside. Pharmacy multivitamins and ready-made nourishing/strengthening masks, ampoule preparations that are applied to the hair roots are useful. Salon procedures such as mesotherapy, ozone therapy, keratin therapy, biolamination, etc. will also help restore the beauty and health of your hair. For lovers of "folk" recipes, a mask that prevents hair loss is suitable: a mixture of 1 teaspoon of aloe juice, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of castor or burdock oil. Keep the mask for at least 40 minutes, repeat 1-2 times a week for a month. There are many more ways to care for your hair. However, the main advice here is not to be lazy in paying attention to
your natural decoration, the health and shine of which immediately shows a well-groomed woman. As some men say, any legs will look beautiful in heels, shapes can be corrected with special underwear, the face - with the help of cosmetics, but hair does not lie.
