Abstract. This article speaks about the pedagogical culture of parents and teachers, which is passed on to future generations who are currently being educated. It is well known that all phenomena occurring in society that cannot be understood by a human being come from our own inability to guide and guide us in the right direction. To prevent such incidents, the parent and the school, the child must maintain close contact with three of them, and he offers open, free communication with three of them. Only when there is open, free communication between them, the child begins to open up and share his content with his parents or teacher. Everyone should train the child to solve their problems from an early age, without quarreling and talking freely.

An example of pedagogical culture for us is also a teacher. Not only does the teacher teach children using verbal prompts, but the way the teacher walks, what he does, what he wears, what he says, the facial expressions he uses in speech-all this will be a source of pedagogical culture. Therefore, educators, teachers, educators who educate future generations should prepare themselves for the upbringing of children before teaching. Every step they take should impress the upbringing of future generations.

Pedagogical culture is a set of qualities of a teacher, features of his educational and pedagogical activity, his behavior. Their many years of experience, pedagogical guidance, professional creative skills increase their self-esteem. The peculiarity of pedagogical culture is that a teacher lovingly teaches his higher education, his profession, enjoys searching and preparing for each topic, loves his Homeland, contributes to the education and training of students. The teacher should be very simple, enthusiastic, be able to feel everything with his heart, be very polite to the student and help him solve his problems with sleep, putting himself in the place of the student. A teacher who loves his profession

should treat the student as a friend and turn communication with the student into a skill. Sometimes a student tells the teacher his secrets that he cannot tell his parents, brothers and sisters, close people. A good teacher not only communicates with the student and listens to the secrets of the student, but also gives him advice, helping with his decisions.

As indicated in the section "Children who start school" in the work of Suleiman hedjebil "child psychology": We humans are born four times: the first is cellular birth, a new formation of the fetus when the mother knows that she will have a child. The second is the physiological birth, the birth of a child in a New World. The third is psychological childbirth: the first meeting of mother and child and their connection with each other immediately after birth. The fourth is the child's first step to school. According to him, every moment of birth and every subsequent moment are the most important factors for a child's life. [1].

School causes concern both for a child who goes to school for the first time and for his parents. The main problems of the child: he is rejected, he goes astray, he cannot adapt to school life and does not want to study. The fact that a student who takes the first step into school feels helpless in front of the large structure of the school, in front of students who are overwhelmed with him, makes him look for someone who protects himself, helps himself. This person will definitely become his first teacher. A big victory for a child is that he will like the first teacher, will be able to get along with him and communicate. Therefore, taking advantage of the moment when a child needs help, the teacher begins to convince him that he is the best person he has ever trusted, entering into communication with him with the help of honey words, politeness. In this case, not only the child, but also the parents should trust the teacher so that the child feels safe next to the teacher and has the opportunity to establish a connection with the teacher. "Teacher" — must have the following qualities: simple, polite, conscientious, decent, establishing contacts with children, creative work, love for his profession, gentle, condescending, mentor, responsible, punctual, fair.

Pedagogical culture fills the human body with educational activities and provides the pedagogical orientation of the student, reflecting his ability to achieve his goals.

V. A. Sukhomilinsky: "The happiness of being a father and mother is not food from a cocoon, it does not come to you suddenly by itself. This is the hardest and most painfully created happiness that has ever happened, it lands only on those who are not afraid of monotonous, long work. It is safe to say that this is a reward for those who understand the complexity of work, mentally and emotionally work together and wisely raise their children in the future. That's where fatherhood and motherhood don't have wise abilities, happiness just turns into a dream."— he notes in his work. Therefore, it is better for young people entering into a new marriage as mothers to read on and plan further steps. Young people living in modern society have difficulty enjoying fatherhood, even if they have the status of parents [2]. The "father" not only outweighs the financial burden of the family, but also cares about the future of his children and educates them comprehensively. A person who goes through every stage of childhood, thanks to his behavior, speech, attitude to family, others, voice, is the one who prepares the child for the future life, obeying his own laws. "What you see in the nest, you get" - this means that the child will do what he sees from his parents when he grows up, just as his family members bring him up. But with the development of society, technology, in the era in which we live, the child receives more education on the phone than on the parents, and is brought up to be like the characters of online stories. "How the human brain works, so does his life" — I mean, if his whole brain is focused on being a "zombie", he can also structure his life so that it resembles the life of this zombie.

A "mother" is the most precious person in the world who gives all her energy, efforts, and her whole life for the sake of her children, even if she does not pay for them. Her work is never appreciated, but even in this case, she takes good care of her children and does not get tired of

mourning each of them and saving them from looking forward to if they go somewhere. We take good care of our mothers, but we understand them only when we are parents ourselves, our children need to be taught not only to love us, but also to respect us, to form faith, to have compassion and to treat their parents.

We understand by "pedagogical culture" — at least, teachers, or teachers, but this is not the case, young people who marry for convenience should be ready for the proper upbringing of children, it is not necessary to apply unattainable goals to the child, properly educate the child, properly develop his feelings and determine who he is it will be in the future that he will be interested. It is necessary to conduct grumpy communication with the child, through which you can find out what interests the child and help him develop and develop these aspects even more. "A child cannot be taught to be happy, he can be brought up so that he is happy," said A. S. Makarenko says that in order for children to live happily, you can give a good upbringing and settle down. Children in the colony whose parents cannot bring up are being brought up.S. Makarenko received a very good, versatile upbringing, many of these children became future leaders, leaders. Before we have children, we have to learn how to raise them [1].

Of course, following the sayings of Sukhomilinsky, Makarenko, it follows that the birth of a child is a separate happiness, through a good upbringing of a child, parents should learn to have fun in a different way and be proud of the children they bring up. Most young people who currently have children do not enjoy taking care of a child and commit to taking care of their child again. We also have our own traditions, customs and lullabies when it comes to raising a child after the birth of a child. They have been inherited from generation to generation since time immemorial. It's a pity that even our heritage has fallen out of use, and all of us children were brought up on the phone and became like these characters. The child receives the first upbringing from his parents, and then, when this upbringing begins to be absorbed and formed in the child, the child goes to school. And here the child sent to school, the most transitional upbringing will be parental, the parent should be in close contact with the school, remind him that the school is good, that all the subjects studied in it are useful, that he should be a professional who benefits society only if he studies well and gets an education.

So, in Joseph Balasagyn's poem "Blessed Knowledge", the meanings of the fact that education brings "bliss" to the child are also given. For example:

I wanted to say, O sage, the word,

— Let's start with the benefits of reading, knowledge.

Reading is a candle in front of you at night,

If you get an education, your forehead will shine brightly.

Reading, knowledge bring a lot of benefits,

He sees a lot of respect in these two.

Blind says Ignorant — just don't Say,

Only reading sheds light on the world [3].

By reading and gaining knowledge, the child learns to behave correctly in every place, to practice how to speak and treat whom. Currently, our children are lagging behind such education, they receive education only by phone and do what they see. If we had taught the Kyrgyz language in integration with Kyrgyz literature, paid special attention to the values in works of art and asked each student's opinion on this, the data we provided would have given a fruitful result. We need to teach students how to use mobile phones correctly, explain what is better and what data can be found quickly, and pave the way for getting good data over the phone [4].

We have to write books specifically for children of the current generation, make interesting video tutorials about this and upload them to websites. For these lessons, we also have to draw and

upload tic-toks. "If your time is a wolf, be a wolf ..." modern people look at the tick-tok and watch the continuation of the material they are interested in on YouTube, so the creation of TICK-toks, video tutorials that they will be interested in is a requirement of time.
