Abstract
The article discusses the historical aspects of the sports Universiades in Russia. It is shown that the Universiades have a significant impact on the development of youth sports in Russia, increase its international status and efficiency and create conditions for the formation of youth motivation to sports and recreational activities, taking into account its needs and interests.
Particular attention is paid to the history of the Universiades, which should be a reliable pillar of the formation of national identity. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the position of youth sports with the introduction of a system of grants for student-athletes-winners of the Russian student championships.
Keywords: sport, collective, patriotism, state.
I. INTRODUCTION
The experience of recent decades convincingly proves that economic and social successes are achieved by those states that pay increased attention to young people. Sustainable development is demonstrated by those societies that have revised the system of traditional views on new generations, on the system of interrelations between generations and on their importance for the political and socioeconomic development of society.
89
The World Universiade is the main sports youth forum on the planet. To date, the right to host the World Universiade is becoming very honorable, it has long ceased to be just a sporting event. The Universiade is a tremendous impetus for the development of the country in which it takes place, bringing long-term positive social and economic changes, setting new standards of living, popularizing physical culture and sports among young people.
All this richest tangible and intangible heritage remains in the country for many years, so the countries are fighting for the right to host the Universiade, and in case of obtaining such a right, it is declared to be a project of national importance.
The study of the laws of the impact of the Universiades heritage on the development of the physical culture and sports movement at the moment is highly relevant, as it allows to reveal the continuity of generations in this area, contributing to a deeper understanding of trends in the development of university sports.
II. METHODOLOGY
The methodological significance of the research results consists in supplementing the theory of physical education with the concept of sports heritage, increasing the efficiency of physical education and sports activities of university students, as well as introducing the theory of physical education into such concepts as "sports heritage" and "university sports" based on the historical influence of the Universiades.
III. DISCUSSION
Problems of improving the organization and content of the youth sports movement were considered by domestic experts I.I. Barinov, H.H. Bashayev, M.Ya. Vilensky A.A. Vlasov B.M. Gzovsky R.G. Zubtsov, GD Ivanov, V.I. Ilyinich V.G. Kragiev I.P. Lopatina and others.
The development of youth sports contributes to the training of highly qualified athletes and the preservation of the integrity of physical culture and sports movement. Among the scientists who dealt with this problem can be identified L.V. Aristova, V.M. Vydrina, S.I. Gus'kova, V.I. Zholdak, TM Kanevets V.V. Kuzina, S.G. Seyranova, Yu.P. Michuda, V.N. Platonova.
Nevertheless, youth sports are still out of sight of the state, both in terms of funding and, in particular, methodologies within the framework of a common sports policy. Moreover, there are no clearly defined prospects for the development of youth sports. Along with this, the issues of the impact of sports heritage on the development of university sports remain little studied.
Analysis of the problems associated with the development of university sports revealed a contradiction between the significance of the influence of the Universiades on the development of university sports and the insufficient development of implementation mechanisms in the development of the youth sports movement.
IV. RESULTS
The historical aspects of the influence of the Universiade on the development of modern university sports are characterized by the emergence of new tasks of physical education in higher education aimed not only at developing students' physical abilities, but also at stimulating their interest in physical education and sports, instilling healthy lifestyle values and preventing negative phenomena
The goal of developing student sports at the present stage is to improve the management system of the youth movement, to create conditions for improving the health of students through the development of sports infrastructure, popularizing mass and professional sports and attracting the largest number of students. for regular classes. The classics. The classics. physical education.
90
Student sport is an integral part of the sports movement, aimed at physical education and physical development of students of professional specialties by organizing sports activities of the university, participating in physical education and sports at the official level.
That is, sport, including student sports, plays a special role in creating the values of sports culture and is a powerful social phenomenon of sports heritage.
Sports heritage is one of the forms of development of University sports and mass physical culture at the present stage, which is carried out by disclosing the content, methods and means of implementation of the student and youth sports movement. Based on the understanding of the Universiades heritage as a set of values and achievements obtained as a result of the World student games, these values are divided into material (sports facilities, urban and transport infrastructure, economic development, employment, environmental protection) and non-material components (sports development; improving the sports image in the international arena; education; the formation of a healthy lifestyle and the needs of the population in regular sports, the development of culture and tourism, the development of the volunteer movement).
In General, the Higher school of the Russian Federation has strengthened the organizational and economic foundations of student sports, which is largely due to the construction and transfer of sports facilities to universities of different eras. The positive impact of the Universiades heritage on the development of student sports in Russia can be assessed in the following areas: maximum use of sports facilities; development of urban and transport infrastructure; economic development; employment; preservation of the environment; development of student sports; improving the sports image in the international arena; education; the formation of a healthy lifestyle and the needs of the population in regular sports activities; the development of culture and tourism; the development of volunteer movement.
V. CONCLUSION
The historical legacy of the Universiades is the basis for the development of university sports, one of the most promising areas for the formation of a new form of physical culture and sports activities in the youth environment, which has a systemic nature, organizational and content structure.
The Universiades legacy has a significant impact on the development of student sports in Russia, increasing its international status and effectiveness and creating conditions for the formation of youth motivation for physical education and sports activities, taking into account its needs and interests. Student sport should also become a reliable base for the formation of national teams. Therefore, it is necessary to bring the work to completion, taking into account the proposals and the active position of the Russian Student Sports Union to introduce a system of grants for student-athletes - winners of the student championships in Russia.
