ГЕННАДИЙ НИКОЛАЕВИЧ ДУЛЬНЕВ
К 85-летию со дня рождения
3 мая 2012 г. исполнилось 85 лет со дня рождения Геннадия Николаевича Дульнева — Заслуженного деятеля науки и техники РСФСР, академика Российской академии естественных наук, Петровской академии, Академии холода, доктора технических наук, профессора кафедры компьютерной теплофизики и энергофизического мониторинга Санкт-Петербургского национального исследовательского университета информационных технологий, механики и оптики (СПбНИУ ИТМО, ранее — ЛИТМО).
Окончив в 1950 г. инженерно-физический факультет ЛИТМО, Г. Н. Дульнев прошел путь от аспиранта до ученого мирового уровня, основателя и руководителя научной школы „Теплофизика в приборостроении". В течение 40 лет Геннадий Николаевич возглавлял кафедру теплофизики, 30 лет руководил секцией Научного совета по тепломассобмену при Совете Министров СССР, 12 лет (1974—1986 гг.) был ректором ЛИТМО.
В это время были сделаны существенные шаги к университетскому образованию в ЛИТМО, качественно изменены учебные планы, повышен уровень научной работы, что позволило институту участвовать в крупных всесоюзных и международных программах.
Особое место занимают космические проекты по исследованию комет солнечной системы и околоземного пространства. Еще в 1960-е гг. в рамках возглавляемого проф. Г. Н. Дульневым направления — аналитическое определение физических свойств композиционных материалов — была предсказана структура поверхностного покрова Луны и крупных комет, что было использовано при проектировании лунохода. Благодаря системному подходу к решению задач, ясному пониманию цели и высокой требовательности под руководством Геннадия Николаевича в ЛИТМО были созданы уникальные приборы, установленные на космических объектах, что позволило получить важные научные результаты и, в частности, лучшие фотографии комет.
Геннадия Николаевича всегда отличало стремление к исследованиям новых непознанных процессов, в том числе явлений, которые объяснить с позиции современной научной парадигмы не представляется возможным. С конца 1970-х гг. на кафедре теплофизики велись работы по изучению аномальных явлений, для исследования которых в 1995 г. в ЛИТМО был организован Научный центр энергоинформационных технологий. Эти исследования ведутся и в Институте биосенсорной психологии, в котором проф. Г. Н. Дульнев является проректором по научной работе.
Геннадий Николаевич воспитал ряд крупных ученых, многие из которых стали академиками, руководителями институтов, кафедр, лабораторий, под его руководством подготовлены кандидаты и доктора наук.
Профессор Г. Н. Дульнев автор более 300 научных работ, четырех учебников и восьми монографий, награжден орденом Трудового Красного Знамени за работы в международных

проектах „Миссия Вега" и „Миссия Марс—Фобос", орденом Почета и медалью „300 лет Российскому флоту", медалью С. П. Королева, почетными грамотами и дипломами ряда министерств.
Свыше сорока лет Геннадий Николаевич занимался альпинизмом. Этот „щедрый подарок судьбы", как говорит он сам, позволил ему прожить две жизни — жизнь профессора-ученого и жизнь спортсмена, в которой он в полной мере смог ощутить роскошь человеческих отношений.
Благодаря активной жизненной позиции Геннадий Николаевич продолжает плодотворно работать в науке и щедро делится своими знаниями с молодым поколением.

STRUCTURE SWITCHING OF THE SPACE OF LINEAR DEVICES FOR RECURRENT TRANSFORMATION OF BINARY CODES
For the space of linear devices for recurrent transformation of binary codes, the problem of the space structure switching with the use of nonlinearly generated signal is considered. Algorithms of synthesis of the devices under consideration are proposed. An illustrative example is presented.

TENSOR METHODOLOGY FOR INFORMATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS
A method is proposed for estimation of probability-temporal characteristics of queuing network with the use of mathematical tools of tensor calculus. The method is shown to allow for analysis of high dimensionality networks.

ROTARY HYDRODYNAMIC TEST BENCH AND TECHNIQUE FOR ESTIMATION OF ITS DIMENSIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
A hydrodynamic test bench is designed for testing of starting devices of uninhabited small-sized submersibles in the industrial premises conditions. The test bench allows imitation of deep-water start of underwater apparatus at an angle to the horizontal. A method for estimation of overall dimensions of a test bench under development is proposed.

ESTIMATE OF SENSITIVITY OF ALGORITHM OF SECONDARY PROCESSING OF NAVIGATIONAL MEASUREMENTS TO DISTURBANCES OF OBSERVATION MODEL PARAMETERS
An algorithm of secondary processing of radar navigation measurements is considered. A method is proposed for estimation of the algorithm sensitivity to disturbances of observation model and to errors in input data. The method makes it possible to make a conclusion on input data scope and quality required by the secondary processing task.

Effects of nonlinear factors on dynamics of single-mass and two-mass microelectromechanical (MEMS) gyroscopes are analyzed. Higher consistency of two-mass MEMS gyroscope performance as compared with single-mass one is justified.

AN ALGORITHM FOR SEIDEL ABERRATIONS CALCULATION IN OPTICAL MEDIUM WITH ARBITRARY REFRACTION INDEX DISTRIBUTION
A method of paraxial ray tracing in nonhomogeneous media with refraction index depending on the three coordinates is considered. The possibility of calculation of paraxial segments and 3rd order aberration coefficients in optical system with inhomogeneous lenses is demonstrated by the example of a lens with sphere-concentric refraction index distribution.

COMPUTER-ADDED HIGH-PERFORMANCE LASER INTERFEROMETER FOR TRANSPARENT FILMS THICKNESS MEASUREMENT
Principles of interferometric measurement of transparent layer thickness are formulated. PECULIARITIES OF MULTIFREQUENCY GENERATION OF ERBIUM LASER RADIATION
Results of theoretical and experimental investigation of multi-wave generation dynamics of diode-pumped Er:YLF-laser with non-uniform pumping and loses distribution are presented. Generation at the wavelengths of 2.66, 2.71, 2.81, and 2.84 ^m is obtained.

ESTIMATE OF ATMOSPHERIC TRANSMITTANCE ON THE BASE OF EXPERIMENTAL DATA
Experimental data are employed for derivation of analytical formulas for calculation of atmospheric transmittance in two IR operation ranges. The formulas provide approximate transmittance value independent of the visible range in each of five specified climatic zones.
