In the modern world, the digital economy allows us to open up new opportunities that can change the life of humanity for the better. Today, in view of the development of electronic technologies, high-quality services and goods can be quickly obtained by the consumer. As for the presovation, the process of transition to e-commerce contributes to the potential growth and expansion of the clientele by facilitating the provision of services.
The economy changes, becomes more innovative, and the basis of these changes is the use of new technologies, high-speed telecommunications and the transformation of the education system. In this regard, the process of implementing reforms requires the improvement and development of new tools for innovative development adapted by modern
conditions and oriented to solve the development of the development of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Announcement of 2018 by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M.Mirziyev the Year of Supporting Active Entertainment, Innovative Ideas and Technologies is of great importance for the development of all sectors of the economy, including for the scope of educational services.
Developed countries have been focused for quite a long time on the evolutionary transition to a new economic structure - the digital economy, although they have not yet adequately addressed the issues of the previous economies: the information economy and the knowledge economy. Despite the fact that the introduction of digital technologies in recent years in many countries, including Uzbekistan, has gained the status of a" traditional and promising " direction of state and corporate development, the current stage of the formation of the digital economy, generates fundamentally new scientific and technological, organizational and managerial challenges.
Considering the activities of economic entities at the moment, they have a problem that is directly related to the digital network. Such enterprises can not resist competitors, as they have an undeveloped digital network with consumers. The result of not solving this problem will be the exclusion of enterprises from the world market. Therefore, businesses that actively interact with customers via the Internet have an average of 22% more sales than those that do not pay full attention to digital technologies or have completely abandoned them.
The digital economy refers to economic activities that are based on digital and electronic technologies. This also includes e-business and commerce, as well as the goods and services they produce. This definition covers such areas as business, cultural, economic and social. In these areas, operations are carried out using the Internet and digital communication technologies. Over the past year, the growth of the Internet economy has been particularly noticeable and there has been a significant increase in digital platforms. Facebook Instagram, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and VKontakte are the most popular among consumers. The Internet is integrated into all aspects of human life, including such indispensable structures as healthcare, education, and banking. The development of the digital economy always guarantees the relevance of the Internet network, since most of the daily business and work can be done via the Internet. This made marketing, selling, and buying much easier.
According to IDC, by 2022, a third of the companies that are now among the top twenty in most industries will begin to experience serious competition from new applicants and rebuilt " old " companies that use e-platforms to create new services and business models. It is assumed that in 2022-2025, the industrial phase of global economic growth will end, and its further development will be carried out under the increasing influence of cognitive factors and industries based on the principles of "lean production", additive, nano - and biotechnologies. Accordingly, the volume of information required for the development and adoption of management decisions will increase; the structure of production management for the production of goods and services will be reformatted; there will be changes in the system of interaction between the population and business with government agencies. The main factors for the phase transition to a positive trajectory of social and economic development are the following:
■ implementation of the e-government concept;
■ implementation of the idea of a "digital city", which is due to the complex informatization of transport, housing and utilities, etc.;
■ mass appearance of new technological generation products on the market (for example, the production of self-driving cars, etc.);
■ increased use of 3D printers;
■ implementation of the idea of building a "smart" and extremely eco-friendly house, which will require a large amount of new finishing and construction materials;
■ growing demand for innovative pharmaceuticals related to body rejuvenation and treatment;
■ distribution of various alternative and free forms of employment, including outsourcing (accounting services, programming, creative activities, etc.).
These factors are associated with the reduction of production and management costs through the use of digital economy platforms, which can be considered as a combination of goods and electronic services.
First of all, we are talking about such platforms as ordering services, sharing resources, selecting counterparties, E-trading, payments, etc. Technologically, the digital economy is an environment in which legal entities and individuals can communicate with each other about joint activities. Thanks to IT, modern production is increasingly characterized by high speeds and a variety of services and products. The latter are characterized by rapid development and the emergence of new products and an increasingly short life span [2]. In terms of services, digital technologies can make the solution of typical tasks with a large volume of transactions much cheaper, faster, more convenient and without intermediaries, an example of which is such technologies as ordering an Uber taxi (the word "uberization" of business has entered the lexicon), e-commerce, Internet banking, etc. That is, to increase profitability in many areas of the economy, intermediaries can be replaced by automatic network services (a fairly well-functioning website or mobile application).
