Career development in the sphere physical culture and sport (on the example of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia)

Abstract: The article presents the results of studying the features of career development in the field of physical culture and sports on the example of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). Materials. Career movement of the most known and successful managers working in the field of physical culture and sports is investigated. Participants of the study-leaders of different levels, who have reached heights in career and in sports, holders of state and sports awards-an excellece of physical culture and sports of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), Honored worker of physical culture of the Russian Federation, master of sports, etc. Methods. Questioning, biographical method, classification, comparative analysis, conversation. Results. It was found that all the participants of the study were engaged in sports since childhood and planned to build a career. Men at the age of 32-57 are better able to actively move up the career ladder; most of them are satisfied with their work, apply democratic and authoritarian styles in the management of the collective, consider liberal style ineffective. The results of the study show that the vertical career type, which implies career movement from position to position up, remains the main one. A successful career provides a person with material well-being, satisfaction of his higher psychological needs, for example, the need for self-realization. Conclusion. The results of the study shown in this paper may be useful for young professionals.

Introduction
Career is, first of all, development. Probably, many people know the feeling that occupied position cannot be realized completely. However, career management is not yet the expectation of mercy from the management, it is a clear awareness of the desired goal, programming of actions for it's achievement [1,3].
Experience with students shows they are interested in peculiarities of the career in the field of physical culture and sports: some students plan career and have a specific vision of the future, others wonder how the known sports managers of Yakutia achieved heights of career, the third are not sure how to start building the career [2,4].
The study of the career development features will give a more realistic idea of future employment, allows to plan career in the sphere of physical culture and sport [5,6].
Some aspects of career development in the field of physical culture and sport are described in this article. It is done when studing labor biographies of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) different level leaders.
Materials and Methods
A biographical method (based on the personality development in the context of the history and prospects of individual existence). The survey is conducted (a questionnaire of 35 questions is compiled).
Professional Education
Comparative analysis of Russian managers career development is done. According to the research results using classification method we identified career development types in the field of physical culture and sport.
Results and discussion
We analyzed results of the survey testing. 28 different level leaders, working in the field of physical culture and sport in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia)took part in the research.
All respondents are men of 32 - 57 years old. They have different work experience in the field of physical culture and sport, average experience - 12,8 years.
We held testing (according to the Eysensk's method) to determine types of temperament and revealed, more than half of them are phlegmatic persons. Phlegmatic people have stable nervous system. They are characterized by stress resistance, slow rate of speech, balance. Phlegmatic performs familiar activity at medium pace and with high accuracy.
In the course of the conversation we revealed that majority of leaders were going in for sports from childhood, they planned to devote their life to sport.
According to the survey results we found out that 80% leaders are satisfied with the work of the head. They are satisfied with their activity results. Democratic style is used by 65% of leaders, authoritarial style of management is used by 35% of leaders.
To the question "What should be a modern leader?" we received the following characteristics: qualification, individual approach to the employees. The leader must be authoritarian and democratic at the same time.
Results of the research according to the biographic method. Career development of the most famous managers from the Sakha Republic were studied. 11 participants were represented in the article.
Participant 01 has different honors and awards. Honored worker of physical culture of the Russian Federation. Honored worker of physical culture of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). Honorary worker of General education of the Russian Federation. Honorary badge of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) "For contribution and development of children's sports". Honorary sign "For merits in the development of physical culture and sports of the Russian Federation". Honorary sign "For merits in the development of physical culture and sports of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). Olympic Council President of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). Russian Student Sport Union Executive Committee member. The dynamics of the career path: total work experience - 39 years, shifts on the career ladder - 10 posts, the maximum time of a post - 13 years, the minimum time of a post - 1 year.
Participant 02 has honors and awards: "Honored worker of physical culture and sport of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). Mark of distinction "Civic valor". The order "Polar star". The order "For services to the Fatherland" first degree. Bronze prize - winner of the Olympic Games - 2008. Three-time European champion. Multiple champion of Russia. Honored master of box. Dynamics of the career path: total work experience - 21 years, shifts on the career ladder - 4 posts, the maximum time of a post - 6 years, the minimum time of a post - 1 year.
Participant 03 has honors and awards. Honored person of physical culture and sport of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). Mark of distinction "Civic valor". Dynamics of the career path: total work experience -23 years, shifts on the career ladder - 9 posts, the maximum time of a post - 6 years, the minimum time of a post - 1 year.
Participant 04 has honors and awards. Candidate master of sports Russian Federation crosscountry skiing. Honorary sign "For merits in the development of physical culture and sports RF, Yakutia". Master of sport RF (Yakutia) in athletics. The Sign "Honored person in physical culture and sport of the Russian Federation". The Sign "Dynasty of teachers of the Russian federation, Yakutia". The sign "Honored worker of higher professional education Russian Federation". "Honored worker of physical culture, Russian Federation, Yakutia". The medal "Civic virtue". The honorary citizen of the district, Russia, Yakutia. The
medal "P.F. Lesgaft" of the Russian Federation Ministry of Sport, Tourism and Youth policy.
Dynamics of the career path: total work experience - 36 years, shifts on the career ladder - 6 posts, the maximum time of a post - 19 years, the minimum time of a post - 1 year.
Participant 05. Honors and awards. The order "Sign of order". Order of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) "North Star". Honored worker of the Yakutia Republic physical culture. Honored coach of the Ukraine Republic. Triple world champion of the Olympic Games - 1976, two-time champion of the Soviet Union. European champion.
Dynamics of the career path: total work experience - 31 years, shifts on the career ladder - 4 posts. The maximum time of a post - 22 years, the minimum time of a post - 1 year.
Participant 06. The honorary sign "Honorary person of physical culture and sport of the Russian Federation". Honorary person of the physical culture and sport of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). "Excellence in education of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia)". "Civic virtue". "For contribution to the development of children's sports". "For merits in development of the Olympic movement in Russia". The letter of the Sakha Republic President (Yakutia). Merited coach of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). Honorary citizen of the district. Honorary citizen of the nasleg. Honored worker of physical culture and sports of the Russian Federation. The dynamics of the career path: total work experience - 38 years, shifts on the career ladder -6 posts, the maximum time of a post - 11 years, the minimum time of a post - 1 year.
Participant 07. Honors and awards. Excellence of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) professional education. Excellence of the Republic Sakha education (Yakutia). Excellence of physical culture and sports of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). Master of sports of Russia on free-style wrestling. Master of sports of the Sakha Republic on traditional wrestling hapsagai. The judge of the international category on wrestling. The dynamics of the career path: total work experience - 23 years, shifts on the career ladder - 4 posts, the maximum time of a post - 17 years, the minimum time of a post - 2 years.
Participant 09. Honors and awards. Excellence of the physical culture and sport RF, champion of Russia in kickboxing. Champion of the Commonwealth of independent states. Two-time winner of the European championship. Multiple winner of Russian championships. The dynamics of the career path: total work experience - 22 years, shifts on the career ladder - 4 posts, the maximum time of a post - 17 years, the minimum time of a post - 1 year.
Participant 10. Honors and awards. The judge of the international category UWW. The dynamics of the career path: total work experience - 6 years, shifts on the career ladder - 3 posts, the maximum time of a post - 3 years, the minimum time of a post - 2 years.
Participant 11. Honors and awards. The badge "Thirty years of higher physical education of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia)". The badge "90 years of physical education movement of Yakutia". "Excellence of physical culture of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia)". Excellence of the Sakha Republic professional education (Yakutia). Professor of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. The badge of the Russian Ministry of Science "For students' research work development". The honored worker of the Russian Academy of Natural sciences. The dynamics of the career path: total work experience - 21 years, shifts on the career ladder - 3 posts, the maximum time of a post - 12 years, the minimum time of a post - 2 years.
Conclusion
The majority of leaders in the sphere of the Russian (Yakutia) physical culture are men. The results of the psychological test show, more than half of the managers are phlegmatic persons - calm people having stable nerve system.
According to the biographic method: the leaders, who worked only for their specialty - 69%, not for their specialty - 31%.
Career description of the participants show that vertical kind of a career is the main for the well-known Russian (Yakutia) managers. It means movement from lower to senior position occurs with a

corresponding increase of salary and level responsibility. This is classical case of development - from assistant to director, for example.
According to the research results we can give the following practical recommendations to specialists, who wish to build a successful career in the field of physical culture and sports. Successful career provides a person material well-being, his higher psychological needs satisfaction, such as the need for self-realization, for success and power. Young specialists should be purposeful, be true to their goals and dreams. They can start their career at any level [7,8,9].
