Attendance management is a critical component of educational administration. Traditional methods, such as manual registers, are often inefficient and prone to errors. The proposed solution integrates technologies such as geolocation, biometric verification, and cloud-based storage to streamline attendance tracking. Annotation

Attendance management is a critical component of educational administration. Traditional methods, such as manual registers, are often inefficient and prone to errors. This paper explores the design and development of a mobile application to manage student attendance automatically, with features that send notifications to parents or guardians in case of absences. The proposed solution integrates technologies such as geolocation, biometric verification, and cloud-based storage to streamline attendance tracking. The paper also examines the system's potential impact on student accountability, parental involvement, and overall efficiency in educational institutions.

Attendance plays a vital role in ensuring students' active participation and engagement in educational institutions. This paper proposes an innovative mobile application for managing student attendance that automates the process and integrates a notification system to inform parents or guardians of absences in real time. The app is designed to enhance transparency, reduce administrative burdens, and foster better communication between schools and families.
